I then sent it back for cleaning, the stains were still there AND there were more black stains that were definitely not there before. Horrible job. Would not recommend to anyone.

I went in with a sweater indicating that there was a stain that I was struggling to remove and asked him BEFOREHAND if it was removable and he said if it didn’t, I would get my money back. I went back several days later to pick it up and I noticed that the stains were still there and when I brought it up to him, he started getting defensive and raising his voice saying he sent it to the wash three times. He started blaming me for not knowing what exactly the stain is and I was just standing there trying to figure out what the heck he was trying to say. Don’t bother going there.

Fairly priced service that is very fast and my items always come back looking fresh and ready to wear. Highly recommend!

When I got my clothes back, I found the feather in it became clots!!!!!!!!! The feather was perfectly even in my clothes when I sent it, but it will never be the same!!! The owner is irresponsible. He kept saying it’s not his fault but it IS his fault!!!!!!! Disgusting place!!!!! Never go to the store unless you want your Canada goose to be destroyed!!!!!!!!!

They quoted me 60-70$ to clean my winter parka (which was definitely in need of some TLC). It was ready when they told me it would be and it cost me exactly what they had quoted me. My jacket looks brand new now, they gave me 3 hangers and each piece of my coat inside and out was impeccable. I am very happy with the service I received here and I will return to Platis in the future.

The front hem is crooked and we even found a needle in a hole in the hem! It's almost as if they don't know how to use a sewing machine. Terrible choice when there are so many other dry cleaners around.
