β β β β β I went to PLATINUM today to drop off some material after reading the reviews and thought I would check them out. By far they are they best and they are honest about prices when dropping off. I wonβt be going anywhere but to PLATINUM moving forward. The staff are friendly and easy to talk to. Also the process was easy in and out.

β β β β β Called a few companies on recycling aluminum like Western and General to get pricing, it was like talking to a used car salesman trying to deceive me in both the price and type of material which I already knew priorβ¦..Platinum I found to honest and excellent customer service to deal with in my recycling, both in price and serviceβ¦.thanks guys.

Submit to sell metal & he can s giving me excuses & hard time on getting product back due to found somewhere else for better price.
What ever they said to me I responded back they same way they treated me.unkind.
They just couldnβt make $$$ off me & I am the original owner of the product. So donβt accuse me of theft. Anything they say
I only called once on your cel due to it on google maps and expecting a professional answer system as I have told you over the phone.
Please remove my name off your response otherwise I will be taking legal action!
We as consumers have a legal right to cancel within 30 days.
I did request a receipt of the $20 but you declined.

β β β β β Hands down the best place to bring in your scarp. They pay top dollar and there isnβt a place in town that can match and or beat them. I will never deal with anyone else besides these guys. Very friendly staff, yard is always clean for dropping off and the owner goes above and beyond to make sure youβre happy with their service. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Highly recommended. You wonβt be disappointed.

β β β β β Great group of guys! I loved that I was able to watch them zero out the scale and load my copper on and watch the weight go up and up. Very transparent, and they had the best price from everyone I called in town. Sent me an e-transfer for the proceeds. I have met some really shady people in in that business, these guys were a breath of fresh air. Would not hesitate to go back next time.
