D	Daniel Lapointe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le service reçu de notre médecin, de la pédiatre et de l'infirmière est toujours excellent, avec un sourire (ça se ressent au téléphone) avec toute l'information dont nous avons besoin. Certes la ligne est parfois difficile à avoir (des fois il faut essayer jusqu'à 3x après avoir attendu 10 minutes) alors que d'autres fois ça peut être 5 minutes. La réceptionniste de notre médecin est aussi très gentille et je la vois souvent un peu comme une pieuvre qui doit être partout à la fois. P.S. pour ce qui est des lignes constamment engagées, c'est comme ça dans toutes les GMF que nous pouvons côtoyer. Celle de mes parents ainsi que celle de ma conjointe n'est guère mieux. The service received from our doctor, pediatrician and nurse is always excellent, with a smile (you can feel it over the phone) with all the information we need. Certainly the line is sometimes difficult to get (sometimes you have to try up to 3x after waiting 10 minutes) while other times it can be 5 minutes. Our doctor's receptionist is also very nice and I often see her a bit like an octopus that has to be everywhere at once. P.S. in terms of the lines constantly engaged, that's how it is in all the GMFs that we can meet. That of my parents as well as that of my spouse is not much better.

D'ailleurs c'est pas la première fois que ça arrive et sérieusement ça me fait perdre mon temps d'attendre qu'on m'appelle. Someone on the phone mavajt said I would be called back in the course of the day and I was never called back. Besides, this is not the first time that this has happened and seriously it wastes my time waiting for someone to call me.

Je me prive de service médicaux par dégoût du service qu'on m'offre lorsque je dois prendre rendez-vous ou que je me présente. Je déconseille toutes personnes qui souhaite se trouver un médecin de famille à cette clinique d'y aller. Je mettrai aucune étoiles si c'était possible. The worst medical secretaries in history. I was laughed at when I wanted to make an appointment for a mental problem. I deprive myself of medical services out of disgust with the service offered to me when I have to make an appointment or when I show up. I advise anyone who wants to find a family doctor at this clinic to go there. I will put no stars if it was possible.

Je viens d'appeler et on m'a répondu à l'intérieur de 5 minutes, pour moi, c'est parfait ! Cela fait très longtemps que j'y suis suivi (près de 30 ans) et je n'ai jamais eu à me plaindre d'eux. Quand le premier médecin qui me suivait a pris sa retraite, on m'en a attribué un autre immédiatement, lui aussi est spécialisé dans le genre de troubles de la santé que j'ai, je n'ai rien à dire contre eux ! For me, it's a very good clinic and the waiting time is normal since there are several and several doctors or specialists! I just called and they answered me within 5 minutes, for me, it's perfect! I've been following them for a very long time (nearly 30 years) and I've never had a complaint about them. When the first doctor who followed me retired, I was assigned another one immediately, he too is specialized in the type of health problems that I have, I have nothing to say against them!
