La gentillesse du personnel et celle des médecins impliqués, n'était nullement visé. Toutefois, force est d'admettre, et ceci après plusieurs années, que leurs services est limité par rapport aux services publiques de santé existant. Merci, tout de même,, pour ces années de services. Questionable "services" concerning my spouse's file. Update on my last posted comment. The friendliness of the staff and that of the doctors involved was in no way targeted. However, it must be admitted, and this after several years, that their services are limited compared to existing public health services. Thank you, all the same, for these years of service.

They take the time to listen to us and advise us well. The tests you need and the results are tracked quickly. For emergencies, I have an appointment quickly, no more waiting.

Tout le personnel est vraiment gentil ainsi que les médecins. Si vous avez besoin de voir un médecin et ne pas vous sentir comme un numéro c'est la clinique ou allé !!! Very good clinic with doctors who listen to our needs. I recommend this clinic for its warm welcome. All the staff are really nice as well as the doctors. If you need to see a doctor and don't feel like a number this is the clinic or go !!!

La clinique ne prend plus de patients et le mieux que vous pouvez avoir est d'être sur une liste d'attente avec aucune information sur les chance d'être considéré dans le temps. La personne au bout du fil n'a montré aucune empathie et voulait simplement conclure l'appel le plus rapidement. Le site WEB devrait indiquer cet état de fait et éviter de faire perdre le temps de tout le monde. My review is not about the experience with the clinic but about my attempt to become a member and get a consultation. The clinic is no longer taking patients and the best you can have is to be on a waiting list with no information on the chances of being considered over time. The person on the phone didn't show any empathy and just wanted to wrap up the call as quickly as possible. The WEB site should indicate this fact and avoid wasting everyone's time.

Malheureusement, on m'a répondu que pour un rendez-vous en ''urgence'' je devais attendre un minimum de 4 semaines!!! parce que seul les membres forfaitaires peuvent avoir des rendez-vous rapides, la réceptionniste ne propose pas que je devienne ''forfaitaire'', elle ne fait aucune proposition ou suggestion. Donc impossible de les consulter si nous ne sommes pas membres, mais aussi impossible de devenir membre si on ne peut pas les consulter...un non-sens. L'accès au privé est devenu aussi compliqué que les cliniques affiliée à la RAMQ. Désolant et décevant comme service. I contact this clinic to get an emergency appointment and as I do not have a family doctor, I would at the same time have met the doctor and his team to obtain information and most certainly ask him if he could become the doctor of our family of 4. Unfortunately, I was told that for an "emergency" appointment I had to wait a minimum of 4 weeks !!! because only flat rate members can have quick appointments, the receptionist does not suggest that I become a "flat rate", she does not make any proposal or suggestion. So impossible to consult them if we are not members, but also impossible to become a member if we cannot consult them ... nonsense. Access to the private sector has become as complicated as the clinics affiliated with the RAMQ. Sorry and disappointing service.

The entire team of professionals go above and beyond for their patients. Dr. Ferdais literally saved my life and that was on my first visit to their clinic because he took the time to listen to me. I have never felt like I was being pushed out the door because he is busy, he will take the time that you need. If you are dissatisfied with the present care that you are receiving, or you are looking for excellent health care, I highly recommend the Pauze Ferdais Clinic. How many doctors do you know take the time to call you at home to see how you are. Mine does!
