L	Lola Lola on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depuis 7h00 du matin que j’appel, et la réponse est que le système téléphonique est fermé et qu’il n y’a plus de place, d’après ce que je sais la prise de RDV c’est à partir de 8h00, je rappelle à 8h00 une 20 de fois toujours le même message, je ne comprend pas c’est quand que ses clients ont appelé pour avoir leurs RDV, franchement c’est quoi ce sévices c’est n’importe quoi ... Since 7:00 am that I call, and the answer is that the telephone system is closed and that there is no more room, from what I know the appointment is from 8:00 am, I call at 8:00 a 20 times the same message always, I do not understand it is when his customers called to have their appointment, frankly what is this abuse is anything ...

J'ai la ligne à 8:00, 8:01, 8:03, 8:06 et 8:10 et c'est toujours le même message qui dit que les rendez-vous sont complets pour la journée... Comment est-ce possible?! Ce système ne fonctionne pas!! They say to call at 8:00 am for an appointment for the same day. I have the line at 8:00, 8:01, 8:03, 8:06 and 8:10 and it's always the same message that says that the appointments are full for the day ... How is -it's possible?! This system does not work !!

Tellement presser de passer l’autre patient que la secrétaire a couru après moi pour faire signer des papiers .... quand je lui est parler de se que j’aimerais vérifier avec elle la réponse fut j’ai pas toute la journée ça faisait 5 minutes que j'étais dans le bureau ... et 1 mois d’attente pour se fameux rendez-vous..... Maintenant je suis déménagé à 2h de Sherbrooke j’ai appelé pour retirer mon nom sur la liste de ses patients... ça fait 2 mois c’est toujours pas fait ... incapable de m’inscrire pour me trouver un médecin de famille dans ma région !!! Service really pitiful and I do not spare the doctor it's the worst! So urgent to pass the other patient that the secretary ran after me to have papers signed .... when I tell her about myself that I would like to check with her the answer was I did not all day that was 5 minutes that I was in the office ... and 1 month of waiting for his famous appointment ..... Now I moved to 2 hours from Sherbrooke I called to remove my name from the list of his patients ... it's been 2 months is still not done ... unable to register to find a family doctor in my area!
M	Martin M. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si on oublie la vieille infirmière qui est bête comme ses deux pieds et totalement blasée de son travail, les services de cette clinique sont excellents quand on a la chance d'y avoir un médecin. La prise de rendez-vous est rapide et on attend rarement plus de 15 minutes après l'heure prévue. Certains médecins sont moins compétents que d'autres, mais ça, c'est partout pareil. Le sans rendez-vous était pratique avant, mais maintenant c'est impossible d'avoir la ligne. If we forget the old nurse who is as stupid as her two feet and totally jaded by her work, the services of this clinic are excellent when you are lucky enough to have a doctor there. The appointment is quick and we rarely wait more than 15 minutes after the scheduled time. Some doctors are less competent than others, but that's the same everywhere. The walk-in was convenient before, but now it's impossible to have the line.

Un manque d expérience est flagrant et ce fait immédiatement ressentir quand vous allez devoir 45 minutes de plus que la plage horaire cédulé au préalable. Very big lack of professionalism and skills of the secretaries who have terribly difficulties to plan the time slots. A lack of experience is obvious and this immediately makes you feel when you are going to owe 45 minutes more than the previously scheduled time slot.

F	Faduma Mahmoud on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have received the worst service you can ever imagine at this clinic. First of all, on their website they say they offer their services both in English and French, but the telephone system is only offered in French. Second of all, this is not your average clinic. I have been told on the phone after trying to call several times that "this clinic priorities clients with family doctors and only takes clients without family doctors if they have space" (BUT they don't seem to have any space available!). The receptionist held a demeaning voice, she didn't offer any other resources or help, she was rude and impatient. Coming from Ottawa where you can drop by any clinic without an appointment and see a doctor on the day of seems something that a place like this cannot do. And what makes matters worse is that I have been tiring to see a doctor since the beginning of the week and every clinic I call in Sherbrooke--all don't answer. This is a terrible system, and quite frankly just sad.
