Ils ont pris le temps de faire une inspection de base de mon véhicule sans frais même si j'y allais pour un simple changement d'huile et m'ont expliqué / indiqué les choses à surveiller d'ici le prochain entretien. Le mécanicien qui m'a servi (Anthony) était très sympathique et consciencieux et on voit que le propriétaire a à cœur la satisfaction de ses clients (il m'a laissé un message après ma visite pour être sûr que c'était clair qu'il n'y avait aucune réparation urgente à faire). Ils prennent le temps de vérifier l'entretien / les pièces recommandées pour votre véhicule spécifique avec le guide du concessionnaire. Durant mon attente, le proprio a informé la cliente qui était là avant moi que sa réparation avait pris 30 minutes de moins que sur l'estimé (45 au lieu de 75), ce que j'ai trouvé très honnête de leur part ! (Ils chargent le temps réel de réparation et ne gonflent pas les prix). En plus, ils sont sous la bannière NAPA ce qui apporte une garantie supplémentaire à certaines réparations je crois. J'ai aussi noté une attention particulière aux mesures anti-COVID (max 2 clients avec masque a l'intérieur, vitre au comptoir de service et désinfection du bureau et de la machine de paiement entre chaque client). Bref c'est maintenant mon garage de référence à Sherbrooke et je le recommanderais sans hésiter! Exceptional service on both occasions I have been there. They took the time to do a basic inspection of my vehicle at no cost even though I was going for a simple oil change and explained / told me what to look out for between now and the next service. The mechanic who served me (Anthony) was very friendly and conscientious and you can see that the owner has the satisfaction of his customers at heart (he left me a message after my visit to make sure it was clear that there was no urgent repair to be done). They take the time to verify the recommended maintenance / parts for your specific vehicle with the dealer's guide. While I was waiting, the owner informed the customer who was there before me that her repair had taken 30 minutes less than the estimate (45 instead of 75), which I found very honest from them! (They charge the actual repair time and do not inflate the prices). In addition, they are under the NAPA banner which provides an additional guarantee for certain repairs I believe. I also noted particular attention to anti-COVID measures (max 2 customers with mask inside, glass at the service counter and disinfection of the office and the payment machine between each customer). In short, it is now my benchmark garage in Sherbrooke and I would recommend it without hesitation!

Prix très raisonnable, aucune arnaque ou de pièce qui a été changé inutilement. Je recommande fortement! Excellent service, everyone I spoke to whether on the phone, at the front desk or after repairs were friendly. Very reasonable price, no scams or parts that have been changed unnecessarily. I highly recommend!

J	Jason Deroula on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ très déçu, tu prend la peine de prendre un rendez-vous 1 semaine a l'avance, mais sont pas capable de respecter leur parole. comment faire perdre des semaine de travail au monde... deconseil fortement. very disappointed, you take the trouble to make an appointment 1 week in advance, but are not able to keep their word. how to make the world lose weeks of work... strongly advise.
