Description said the plant was 120 cm in height. However, I received a small plant with only 90cm. Sent email to customer service and no response. order number is 10453 Not recommend

Ordered birds of heaven online, received today, came with good packaging, but very disappointing quality. Brown spots and split leaves, not healthy looking at all. These 2 starts for fast delivery and good packaging.

I wanted to order from Plantsome for a while but nothing caught my eye until now! I bought a couple of Hoya Retusa's and they are amazing little things (as you can see in the photos)! The plants I received are of very high quality and YES, you will have a few flaws here and there, however, it's nothing worth to complain about! Mine had flaws but they were perfect in my eyes. I entrust the team to pick out the best plants for us. There is NO such things as perfection in life, especially living things. Flaws show it's natural state and character that you should still appreciate and love it like how you do with your children, pets and loved ones. BONUS is NO insect infestations coming into your home and already healthy plants, where at some places you would get that due to lack of care. The perfection I would say is that Plantsome's packaging system is IMPECCABLE and their delivery is quick! Also, I can tell how much they care about their plants and more-so, about the happiness and excitement for their customers when their green amigos finally arrive to their new home! I have not yet dealt with their customer service, but I can imagine it would be the same treatment. I highly recommend Plantsome, especially when there isn't much options to shop online for plants in Canada that provides quality plants, reasonable pricing AND shipping, and quick delivery times! What more can you ask for...well aside for more variety in plants but that will come with time! ? I will definitely be a returning customer and look into their other products as well next time. The plants I received were of very high quality, and the delivery process was very simple. A few months later, I had an issue with one of the plants, and the warranty process was simple and quick. I'll definitely be using Plantsome again.
