I had stayed home specifically for these deliveries and had top have them rescheduled and told them to CALL me that seemed to have worked both times. Videotron needs to use a new courier service.
K	Kalsoon Kalsoon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service is an absolute joke I called to arrange a delivery but this lady I spoke to today around 5:40pm was the worst agent tell me why she would cut me off before I even finish my question and talk so rudely to me and the tone of her voice she just talking over me as if I’m her child . It’s the first time I used this service Please don’t waste your time and energy if you can find another service provider that will give you a good customer service in general.

You can't even pick up the package on "the next business day after 10h" and when you call customer service they offer to re-ship one week later, actually 8 calendar days (so more than 1 week. When I called customer service, they lie to you, they put you on hold hoping you'll hang up and 45 minutes later say they'll call you back but of course they never do. Had both representatives do this on both times I've called. They actually make post Canada look amazing. I will never willingly do business with this company.

He is the first in 10 years to have done so. I tip my hat to his ingenious behavior. Bravo
M	Molly P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The drivers neither call nor leave a delivery tag making it impossible to receive the shipment unless you sit out front and wait. Customer service is no help - every time I have to do business with this company (through videotron) I end up having to go to the warehouse and get the parcel myself. It is a multiple day ordeal every time. None of the information that you give to anybody in this company gets written down anywhere - the deplorable service makes me want to change mobile providers every time simply to avoid this company.

He took time to reply my call when I noticed his first missed call which resulted into missing his arrival at our door. He kindly suggested that he can come back when he was done with his packages for the day later in the afternoon. He came back and I could receive my package the same day. I really appreciate what he did.
