★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really do not understand this company's procedure when it comes to tracking.
As you can see here, my package has been "out for delivery" for the last three days with no delivery attempts. Package is late.
When called, CS rep states that they ambiguously scan packages out for delivery even if that is not the case.
Apparently ypu have to call CS to get the real tracking information? Well then what is the point?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service! They claimed to have delivered a package to my address but never did. What's even more sketchy is that on the tracking app, it says that the delivery confirmation was signed by me! I never received the package and have no idea where it is, how could I have possibly signed it?!?! I am extremely annoyed and want my money back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A real joke. Tracking statuses are phony, they claim they tried to deliver without actually showing up. Changing delivery addresses to try and fix the issue doesn't work either. They're confused and disorganized. They're also super expensive for the amateur quality service they provide.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sent 2 small packages and received an invoice for 143.22$! We were told we didn't have to weigh the packages ourselves, they put one at 6 kg which amounted to 75$. 29$ fuel surcharge and 5$ '''pilot fatigue'' charge...will never use them again!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doesn't bother to even ring my doorbell. I have a rather expensive order arriving and on their second attempt I was standing in my qindow waiting as I had apparently missed them the day before when my fiancé was home the whole day. Left my window for 10 minutes. And apparently they passed. No doorbell nothing. Seriously! And don't even nother calling customer service because they 'can't do anything' about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HAZARD : Avoid ICS - 14 April 2022 - Extremely Pathetic Service - the ICS Courier went inside my building and rather knocking at my unit went away claiming on notice i am not available at 11.25 am when exactly I recieved my another shipment from Nike Fedex at my Door - When I called the Customer service - Instead of understanding my frustration, she instead rather started getting frustrated and told me i can only get it back on Monday (that is 4 days after today) so casually as it is not important to her - Further the notice that the guy left was even not properly filled - There was no details when he is going to attempt again - EXTREMELY AGONISING SERVICE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst courier company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I regret every bad thing I've ever said about UPS or any other courier company. Compared to ICS Courier, they are all fantastic. Tracking is completely inaccurate, gets randomly updated with backdated information (location scan from 12:50pm suddenly appear at 7pm) and the same information changes if you check again later, like somebody is manually editing it. ICS Next Day "guaranteed" turns into 4 days from Ottawa to Montreal. Don't bother with ICS customer service either. They don't know anything and will only waste your time. They pretend to help and say they will email the location, ask managers to help, update tracking, and that they will get back to you "within the hour" but they never will. You can call back and they'll all just repeat the same unhelpful nonsense. Unless you have ample time and the delivery date doesn't matter to you, save yourself a lot of grief and avoid this company.
