★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I paid 10$ for a delivery re-attempt and they never came either of the two days i was told. They are unreachable and refer you to 5 different numbers that aren't in service or simply cannot help. Ridiculous and non professional what so ever. by far the worst courier company in the country.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Received a missed delivery notice by email. With my wife at home the entire day of the alleged delivery attempt and two dogs, I doubt that an effort was made for the actual delivery.
On a positive side, the pickup was super easy at their Lachine location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delivered my TV, left it in the foyer near the mailboxes. I was home and the driver didn't have the courtesy too knock on my door or ring the bell. The only way I was alerted to the delivery was checking tracking updates and googling this company and reading the all the bad reviews that sadly rival some of the hospitals reviews. They do everything half a**ed here and are proud of It!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute garbage courier. I have been home all day. Two people have been home all day. There was no way we were 'unavailable to accept package' like my tracking notice now says.
Absolute scam. They didn't even leave a notice, doubt they were ever in my area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is completely awful, I’ve never had a single package delivered by them on time. They always seem to mess it up in new and creative ways each time. Customer service is mostly unhelpful as well, rarely gives you solutions for undelivered or missed packages. Would strongly recommend everyone to avoid this sham of a company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is incompetent and unprofessional. They lie about delivery attempts and pickup attempts. They ignore instructions. They don't take any responsibility when they make a mistake. They might be cheap but cheap is no good if your packages are never picked up, mishandled, damaged, and never delivered. I mean how bad do you have to be to have a 1.7 star rating? The answer is: Bad enough to never do business with ever again.
