★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys make money by charging for "extra attempts" when they make no effort to contact the customer. I was home for both "attempts" and the excuse I was given is that the drivers do not have company phones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's very frustrating to deal with this shipping company.
Two times they stated "resident not home" and did not deliver even though I was clearly at home. No phone call.
I even left my building entrance code to their live chat agent so the delivery person could just get inside the building and drop off the package but seems like their internal communication was bad, and I still couldn't get my package delivered. The way their staff talked to customers was crude and unprofessional too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible. Tracking shows they couldn't deliver a package to me. I contacted them and confirmed my "bad address" address with them at least four times. The sender/supplier also tried! Apparently they tried to deliver it but someone who I'd never heard of refused it.
I would recommend using a courier company that knows how to find addresses. Obviously not this one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After telling them where to leave my parcel from Amazon, they refused. In my building(12 tenants who know each other), we have a space for delivered parcels. And they pretended that they came twice. It’s a lie. No track of them, on my home phone, to ask me to open de door. I am asking Amazon to never ask Loomis to deliver parcels in this building. (One of the pictures shows a parcel from Amazon delivered today and put on the shelve. Very easy, isn’t it……

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dealing with these people is a friggin nightmare and they DO NOT care about there customers. I have a regular delivery from same place that in most cases doesn't get delivered because they claim bad address. Nothing wrong with address, its the not too bright company that is bad.

I placed an order through Walmart and they decided to ship it with This joke of a company. Shipment was scheduled to arrive yesterday, April 19th. I was home and tracked my shipment all day. I believe the last time I checked was around 6:30pm, and it was ''On its way''. I get an email at 7:21pm saying nobody was home for the delivery attempt which was at 5:30pm. 2 Things there, I was home and nobody rang the bell AND the tracking number stated it was on its way at 6:30pm. The issue is, You can't contact their Live chat or customer service after 7pm.
I call the next day (April 20th) at 10 am to let them know about this issue. First agent was beyond Rude. I called back a couple of minutes later to make sure the shipment would be delivered on time and I was reassured it would. I even gave my appartment number several times to make sure the driver would ring.
I get a notification at 2pm that nobody was home. Again, I was home and nobody rang the bell. I decide to call back and explain the situation. I am greeted with a ''Somebody will call you back'' so I ask if the driver will come back today because I need the shipment, and I am told (almost yelling) that they don't know when I will be called back or if I will be called back.
Amazing company, 5 stars for the lack of respect of their customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was home, nobody called me. When I tracked I see that My parcel is in Lachine for 10 days already. Now they are asking for a fee for a so called 3d attempt… Zero information in the tracker about two first attempts… It’s funny, nice try. ?♀️ Never I will use their service.
Plus, if you are working from 9 to 6 Monday to Friday, then, well, you have no any possibility to get your parcel from their office
