★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Problem after problem. They look professional but this is only on the surface as their logistic is all wrong. Tail gate problem (only accept 1000 lbs per skid while most accept 2000 lbs) we had to spread our shipment over three skids instead of two, our delivery got delayed two days for lack of communications as they did not call us to try to resolve the problem, we found out from our client who hadn't received her order yet and she was mad. And to top it all, on the day of the delivery, they called us back to ask for more money because our skids were a bit larger than what had been originally specified but the total weight was the same. Our company deals with freight cies on a weekly basis throughout Canada and we have never seen anything like that before.

We have been in business over 25 years and won many awards of excellent service.
CSA TRANSPORT are a JOKE.
RULE #1 in business: Don't blame the customer. If you decide to take a contract to deliver merchandise, THEN DO YOUR JOB AS A TRANSPORT COMPANY. Don't make excuses like we couldn't find parking etc... IT IS NOT PROFESSIONAL AND YOU MAKE THE BUSINESS LOSE MONEY!

CSA responds quickly, has great customer service (I was always able to call and talk to a nice & knowledgable person over the phone), and they provided the cheapest rates. Would highly recommend them. I imported a 2000 lb pallet from Wisconsin to Montreal and they shipped so quickly! I placed the order on a Monday afternoon, and my pallet arrived Friday morning. The whole importing process was very smooth with them. I will definitely be using their services again.
