★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there was 0 I would have given them zero, never buy their product unless you have absolutely no choice.
They do not back up their warranty at all, I have a scale in my kitchen that I paid close to $300.00 it broke about seven months later. Called them and they said they will email me the manual to trouble shoot the thing. It turns out to be the charger and they wont cover it, now I either have to recycle the unit or buy a new charger and hopefully problem gets solved. Do Not Buy from this company...
