★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My pre-Christmas delivery was delayed two days due to weather... which is light snow. I sent them a message asking why and they responded that I should check the tracking status on their website... which is how I found out about the weather delay in the first place. Now I'm leaving on holiday without the gift. If FedEx thinks light snow in Canada is delay-worthy, there's a serious problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor Freight customer service from Pickering, ON Depot. I understand delays can happen which is no problem but LYING to your customers telling them that either the shipper or receiver made an appointment for delivery which delays shipments by a day or weekend is an unacceptable and shady practice. We've lost many hours for wages for staff who were scheduled to receive confirmed orders that don't arrive because they get bumped at the depot. Very frustrating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a doorknocker at my condo but when I went to retrieve the package at the facility the next day, I was told that the package was sent back to the sender, had to claim a refund and reorder item, what a waste of time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was hard to find - the Google Maps directions took me down Avenue Chartier, which is incorrect. And since the service road off of 520 is one-way, it took a while to get back to the correct address (the lot is gated with a security guard right off the 520 service drive).
Overall though, I was able to retrieve a very important package on a Saturday at 6:30am, which saved quite a few days of progress that would have been lost on our current project.
I also don't speak any French whatsoever, so I appreciate their patience with me. I met my contact Martin at the address and received the package without issue. Thanks Martin!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience!, after a missed first delivery, i called to make sure they had all info for the second attempt on the next business day , make arrangement with my job to be available when the delivery guy comes to my place....i waited all day long than i called their customer services to know what was going on , and they answer me well we were too busy this morning so it will be ship only the day after (2 days after first attempt), i was at this point already pissed, so i said ok i'll go pick it up myself (it was 4pm) and they answer we'll the package is unavailable right now can you call back around 6h30pm this schedule your pick up, when i asked why, he wasn't really knowing he said! horrible ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frustrating customer service from the lady who picked up the phone today on Dec.11, 2018 at noon and kept interrupting me claiming she couldn't understand me as I tried to slowly speak French and explain my situation (untraceable package that was last registered in Dorval). ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Discusting business practice to the point it's not even legal. If you don't want to end up contesting wrong invoices, unjustified overcharges, invoice sent to you 6 months after the job is done, invoices for services you never asked for, or receiving account statement without invoices number to look at, or calling 80 times in multiples weeks to try to speak to someone who can actually do something about completely messy accounting, then DO NOT deal with Fedex FREIGHT. We deal with Fedex Ground, Fedex Express and other Fedex departement since 7 years without any problems, only Fedex Freight is giving us problems. They are so bad at customer service they changed their local phone number for the general Fedex phone number so they are sure nobody will ever be able to reach them for any problems.
