★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In our restaurant kitchen we use a dial scale from here that performs very well and recently added a small digital portion scale. The unit we received had a defective battery connector which led the scale to only function while plugged in and not with battery power. Customer service at kilotech was prompt, courteous and effective in replacing the defective device with a new one. I'm impressed with the customer service and performance of the products.
