★ ★ ★ ★ ★ after reading the reviews and not seeing any other options i decided to drive out there. i'm in awe after reading these positive reviews. i have never been greeted in a way that made me feel so unwelcome ! honestly, would it kill the receptionist to smile? when i told her what i was looking for she told me that they don't usually serve walk ins and that they didn't have what i was looking for. low and behold as i turn to look around i see a bin of the exact product i was looking for. i then began to explain to her that it was my daughters birthday and there had been a problem with my amazon order and i didn't want my daughter to be disappointed. she finally decided i was worthy of her service and quoted me a price. end result....i drove to another company and got a better service at 1/2 the price ! now that i look back at these reviews, they are to basic and similar, looks like a case of a company trying to score a 5 star rating by coaching staff on what to say.
