I used Floor Houles for the floor of my kitchen and the carpet in my living room. I wish to express my great satisfaction. Indeed, your products / services have proven to be of excellent quality. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service à clientèle. Le ti-clin chauve qui m'a répondu voulait pas me vendre de moulure parce que j'avais pas acheté mon plancher chez lui. Bref, je vous conseille d'aller chez CANAC. Les prix et le service est mille fois meilleur et c'est québécois. En plus c'est ouvert les fin de semaine et après 16hre. Contrairement à Mr ti-clin de chez Houle. Perdez pas votre temps avec eux.
Horrible customer service. The bald ti-clin who answered me didn't want to sell me molding because I hadn't bought my floor from him. In short, I advise you to go to CANAC. The prices and the service are a thousand times better and it's Quebecois. In addition, it is open on weekends and after 4 p.m. Unlike Mr ti-clin from Houle. Don't waste your time with them.

Malgré un service exécrable suite à l'achat du plancher pour notre sous-sol, nous leur avons donné une deuxième chance quand nous avons refait la cuisine puisque nous demeurons proche et puisque les prix sont compétitifs... Par contre nous avons vécu le même enfer la deuxième fois et c'est maintenant terminé avec ce magasin qui manque de jugement et de gros bon sens. La boutique du plancher à boucherville, plancher 2000 à longueuil et même la tuilerie sont de loin des meilleures alternatives...
The prices offered by Plancher Houle are competitive, however the major problem remains after-sales service.
Despite an execrable service following the purchase of the floor for our basement, we gave them a second chance when we redone the kitchen since we stay close and since the prices are competitive ... On the other hand, we experienced the same hell the second time around and it's now over with this shop lacking judgment and common sense. The floor shop in Boucherville, Floor 2000 in Longeuil and even the tile factory are by far the best alternatives ...
