I had to call back twice to have my name removed from the mailing list. It should be accessible on their website. Too many emails sent on jobs that had nothing to do with my availability.

â â â â â La premiĂšre fois que j'ai eu besoin de la compagnie, c'Ă©tait Novembre 2012. Je vais toujours me rappeler, je venais de perdre mon emploi en tant que Assistant Directeur RĂ©gional de plus de 10 Succursales, 300 EmployĂ©es et 7 ans d'investi. J'avais l'impression que je venais de tout perdre, j'ai fait 2 mois d'une combinaison de vĂ©gĂ©tation du sofa au lit.
Un jour pendant que j'ai eu 5 minutes de lucidité, j'ai décidé de faire des recherche pour quelqu'un qui pourrait m'aider a me remettre sur pied.
Il fallait que je commence par me trouvĂ© un nouvel emploi. J'ai fais une recherche sur google pour trouver de l'aide professionnel, AprĂšs une quelques jours de rencontre avec diffĂ©rentes agences de placement, sans grand succĂšs parce qu'ils me disaient tous que je n'avais pas les prĂ©requis sur papier pour avoir un emploi de gestionnaire de Haut niveau. Finalement, j'ai trouvĂ© une agence, la premiĂšre agence qui m'a Ă©coutĂ©. J'ai enfin expliquĂ© ma situation Ă la conseillĂšre qui a pris le temps de me laissĂ© terminer. Elle m'a dit clairement que si je voudrais rĂ©cupĂ©rer un post de haut niveau sans retourner au Ă©tudes, que je devrais travailler fort et ĂȘtre dĂ©terminer Ă rĂ©ussir. AprĂšs une conversation concentrĂ© sur mes valeurs,objectifs et buts. Elle m'a suggĂ©rĂ© d'aller dans un domaine de ventes se qui me permettrait d'avoir un salaire en fonction de la valeurs que j'apportais Ă la compagnie. Elle m'a eu un entrevu rapidement avec le directeur des ventes d'une entreprises de tĂ©lĂ©marketing spĂ©cialisĂ© au niveau des produits web. J'ai eu la job, et mĂȘme si je ne suis pas avec la mĂȘme compagnie, je suis toujours dans le mĂȘme domaine. The first time I needed the company was November 2012. I will always remember, I had just lost my job as Assistant Regional Manager for more than 10 Branches, 300 Employees and 7 years of invested. I felt like I had just lost everything, I did 2 months of a combination of vegetation from the sofa to the bed.
One day while I had 5 minutes of lucidity, I decided to do research for someone who could help me get back on my feet.
I had to start by finding myself a new job. I did a google search for professional help, After a few days of meeting with different placement agencies, without much success because they all told me that I did not have the prerequisites on paper to have a job as a high level manager. Finally, I found an agency, the first agency that listened to me. I finally explained my situation to the counselor who took the time to let me finish. She made it clear to me that if I wanted to get a high profile post without going back to school, I would have to work hard and be determined to succeed. After a conversation focused on my values, objectives and goals. She suggested that I go into a sales area which would allow me to have a salary based on the values ââI brought to the company. She quickly interviewed me with the sales manager of a telemarketing company specializing in web products. I got the job, and even if I'm not with the same company, I'm still in the same field. Thanks to All the staff at Gestion de Personnel 10-04, for believing in me and helping me build the confidence to run towards my dreams!

â â â â â Tres mauvaise agence. Manque de professionnalisme. Aucune reconnaissance. Pour rĂ©cupĂ©rer un T4 ou son 4% il faut attendre 2 mois. En plus quand tu vas dans leur bureau personne ne s'occupe vraiment de ta prĂ©occupation.
En outre, les avis des autres confirment mes propos.
Je ne recommande pas
Very bad agency. Lack of professionalism. No recognition. To recover a T4 or its 4% you have to wait 2 months. Plus when you go to their office nobody really takes care of your concern.
