★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To anyone who's looking for a new job in IT, this is the place to go! You need to contact them now!
When I first contacted Arobas they got back to me the same day and after a quick meeting to go over what I was looking for and my goals they had interviews lined up the next week. At the end of that week I had landed a job! Unfortunately after 3 months that place fell through when COVID hit and they let me go instead of moving me onto other projects (first one in, first one out).
So I contacted Arobas again and after a few weeks of searching during the downturn they found me another role at a great company. It's been exactly 1 year this very date and I can't be any happier! What an amazing team I am working with.
Thank you so much Jonathan for helping me! He went above and beyond to find me the perfect role for my expertise!

- He is always on top of his priorities as he finds the best job fit pertaining to the candidates and employers interest.
- Andrew is more of a coach, uplifter than a recruiter, he ask the right questions in the beginning for due diligence and ensure candidates have what it takes.
- I felt confidence in Andrew's process since day one as he knows what he is doing and will always be supportive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been dealing with this firm and the experience has been just great thus far. They got me a respectable deal on my contract and they were very supportive and forthcoming with valuable tips in the pre-interview stage.
As far as the HR team go, I find them to be cool, warm, definitely very responsive and supportive.
Important to note that the recruiter I dealt with, Marc-Andre, was very energetic, straight to the point, understanding and he projected a win-win approach which made it a no brainer for me to give this professional relationship a shot.
Oh! Let's not forget to mention that their office on St-Catherine street is the coolest!
