★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a suspension for my car as per their website description. Nowhere does it say it wouldn’t fit my car. Received the parts , compared to original and clearly won’t fit. I argued with them and Norman was rude and hung up on me by saying: put that In a box and ship it. So yes bad service and yes bad website description. I had to pay 115$ to return these . Will not buy again from these scammers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever! I received a damaged part and they made me pay for the return shipping fee. The agent from customer service tried to beat around the bush by accusing me of ordering the wrong item, oooffff it was just headache!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered parts from them rebuild front end. Calipers where listed as fits vehicle but they didn't fit at all. They advise 4 to 36 hour shipping well over 72 hours and not shipped leaving me a handycap without a vehicle because it is still in garage waiting for the right parts that parts Avatar should of shipped to begin with. The wrong parts they shipped they are stalling on returning other terms they don't want take them back. Stay away from this company unless we start class action against them. False advertising, cruelty to handycap, anyone else have any points against them? I am sure there are many as parts Avatar are frauds!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service! Found my front table and links easily and for a fraction of the cost at the garage. Shipping process was smooth and parts were delivered not only on time but very well packaged. I will most definitely be purchasing from Parts Avatar again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been shopping with PartsAvatar for awhile now but recently need a bunch of parts to get my Cars in order, everything came so well packed, even the Purolator delivery guy was nice enough to put the box inside. The prices are just ridiculously low and shipping was epically fast. Highly recommend buying from PartsAvatar and super thankful to the customer service person who helped me pick my parts you guys ROCK CHEERS also this review is mainly for you guys !!!!!!! Keep up the great work helping people!!!!!
