À 9h 35 quand la caissière décide de fermer sa caisse devant moi et qu'il reste 4 personnes à servir, moi ça me rends vraiment de mauvaise humeur... De plus on présume qu'on m'as répondu au comptoir...La caissière n'est pas une jeune et a juste le goût de partir. On était plusieurs à faire savoir notre mécontentement au technicien qui lui a donné le ok pour qu'elle parte ... J'ai envie de changer de pharmacie
When I order online or through the app, I don't have to wait 20 minutes. At 9:35 a.m. when the cashier decides to close her till in front of me and there are 4 people left to serve, that really makes me in a bad mood ... Moreover, we presume that I was answered at the counter ... The cashier is not a young woman and just wants to leave. We were several to let know our dissatisfaction to the technician who gave the ok for her to leave ... I want to change pharmacy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ vraiment un service nul ! livraison des médicamant demandé entre 5 et 7 H pm, le livreure est passer vers 4h30 a la maison ma fiancée n etait pas encore rentrer a la maison donc elle n`a pas ses médicament pour ce soir et ils sont très important pour son épilepsie. pourquoi demander a 5 et 7 heure une livraison allors qu il n y a personne c est vraiment nimporte quoi et ca m est a risque la santé de ma fiancée!!
really bad service! Medication delivery requested between 5 and 7 pm, the delivery girl came by around 4:30 am at the house my fiancee had not come home yet so she does not have her meds for tonight and they are very important for her epilepsy. why ask for a delivery at 5 and 7 o'clock when there is nobody there it is really anything and it is at risk for my fiancee's health !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'en étais à ma première visite à cette succursale. Je désirais un produit vendu derrière le comptoir. Vous savez, il y a de ces endroits où l'on se sent juste bien ? En voici justement un. Le personnel est sympathique, souriant, acceuillant et attentionné. L'ambiance est chaleureuse. Il n'y a pas un seul employé qui ne m'a pas salué et/ou demandé si j'avais besoin d'aide voyant que j'attendais près du comptoir des ordonnances pendant que je patientais pour rencontrer la pharmacienne. Je n'étais simplement que de passage, mais ma première impression est parfaite et je n'hésiterais pas à revenir si je suis dans les alentours et que j'ai besoin de quelque chose. Un gros bravo à toute l'équipe !
This was my first visit to this branch. I wanted a product sold behind the counter. You know, there are those places where you just feel good? Here is just one. The staff are friendly, smiling, welcoming and attentive. The atmosphere is warm. There isn't a single employee who hasn't greeted me and / or asked if I needed help seeing that I was waiting by the prescription counter while I waited to meet the pharmacist. I was just passing through, but my first impression is perfect and I wouldn't hesitate to come back if I'm around and need something. Big congratulations to the whole team!
