14h50 le lendemain j'appel pour savoir si ma commande est prête :oui mais on ferme dans 10 minutes.
Ils ont décidé de fermer plus tôt. Résultat de 5 minutes d'obstinage au téléphone, si je ne passe pas ils "jettent vos photos et j'irais les faire ailleurs"

J'ai réussi à trouver quelqu'un pour aller les chercher finalement mais l'expérience client reste un zéro sur dix
More than ordinary service I specifically called the day before to ask for the closing time. Answer: 4pm sir.

The lady didn't want to take a baby passport photo because of the covid. The zoom exists by the way! Thanks to the Galleries Photo Store for taking the photo! He discovered the zoom before you look like!
