Mais ces travaux n'ont rien réglé. On a tenté plusieurs fois d'obtenir une expertise sans succès. Un des employés Marc Antoine nous a dit à deux reprises qu'il viendrait à la maison mais n'a pas tenu sa parole. Et Voilà que le patron a envoyé promener ma conjointe en lui disant...ben ma petite madame va falloir déménager. Impoli. Il y a plein de plombiers, évitez cette entreprise. Work was done in January 2019 to deal with odor issues in all house removals. This work cost us $ 800. But these works have not settled anything. Several attempts have been made to obtain unsuccessful expertise. One of the employees Marc Antoine told us twice that he would come home but did not keep his word. And now the boss has sent my wife walking by telling him ... well my little ma'am will have to move. Rude. Plenty of plumbers, avoid this business.

J'ai compris pourquoi il ne voulait pas me donner d'estimé quand j'ai recu la facture par la poste après l'installation , 400 $ pour une pose standard ( 4 heures de temps facturé ) ce qui est ridicule ( en plus il a fallu qu'ils reviennent 2 des soudures coulaient ). J'ai appelé pour avoir des explications , pas de retour d'appel , j'ai passé directement au commerce , demandé qu'on me rappelle , pas de retour d'appel . I asked for a quote for a hot water tank installation, not able to give me an estimate he told me. I understood why he didn't want to give me an estimate when I received the invoice in the mail after installation, $ 400 for a standard installation (4 hours of billed time) which is ridiculous (besides he had to come back 2 of the welds leaked). I called for explanations, no return call, I went directly to the business, asked to be called back, no return call.

Lorsque nous les avons contactés, ils n’ont pas voulu nous donner une estimation pour un débouchage de toilette simple qui a pris 5 minutes. On leur demande combien on leur doit et il nous dit qu'il va nous envoyer la facture. Je comprends une semaine plus tard on reçoit une facture de 165$. J'appelle pour avoir des explications et la personne n'écoute rien et en plus me dit qu'il aurait du me charger plus cher parce que c'était la fin de semaine. Insultant au plus haut point. Bonne chance si vous vous aventurez avec cette entreprise. Be careful if you are dealing with this. This business is truly dishonest. When we contacted them, they were unwilling to give us an estimate for a simple toilet unblocking which took 5 minutes. We ask them how much we owe them and he tells us that he will send us the invoice. I understand a week later we receive an invoice for $ 165.
