Working with Kayla was an absolute dream. I fell in love with her style of photography even before we began the wedding planning process, and Kayla was actually the first vendor we booked - I began speaking with her before we'd booked a venue! While Kayla's style of photography was what initially made me reach out, what really drew me to her was her fun, easy-going personality. My husband and I are both a bit uncomfortable in front of the camera, and I really wanted to make sure we found someone who would bring out our best selves and capture those special moments naturally. I loved how she put my mind at ease from the first phone call - it was more like talking to a friend than a potential wedding vendor. Kayla captured both our engagement session and our wedding beautifully. After our engagement session, my husband and I both marvelled at how Kayla created an environment where it felt natural to slow dance in the middle of a crowded street in front of the Elora Mill! The wedding day was absolutely perfect. My husband and I are both from large Greek families, and Kayla handled all one million of our family photo shots like a dream. She captured every special moment and tradition during our religious ceremony. When it decided to rain, we had to change photoshoot locations from an outdoor park to an indoor photo studio. I was very nervous to now be focusing on my Plan B indoor location. Kayla completely set my mind at ease, and of course, our indoor photos were gorgeous! I highly recommend working with Kayla, and we hope to have her capture many of our family's future milestones!

One of our first tasks when we started planning our wedding was booking a photographer. I was instantly drawn to Kayla’s work because of her light, airy photos as well as how at ease and natural her subjects looked. After speaking with Kayla and getting to know her a bit, it was clear she would be a perfect fit for us. Throughout the entire planning process Kayla was always happy to help with any questions we had, whether it was helping to put together our day of timeline, answering printing questions about our engagement photos or just general wedding day advice too. When it came to the day of Kayla had a great energy and really helped make the photo taking part of the day so fun. She was so efficient at getting our family shots and found the perfect spot for our key photo moments, including the suggestion of moving our first dance to the most beautiful spot on the property! When we received our gallery, the photos were more than we could have ever hoped for. I still find it hard to believe it’s us in the photos because we look so comfortable and at east in front of the camera. But more than anything, she really captured happiness that my husband and I, our bridal party, our family and friends all felt that day. We will not hesitate to recommend Kayla for engagement, wedding or family photos and hope to work with her more in the future.

We were so incredibly lucky to have Kayla as our wedding photographer! Like many other couples during COVID we had a lot of unforeseen changes to our wedding day, and Kayla was there with us every step of the way. She was always so kind, organized and professional, and made planning a wedding during a stressful time so much easier. During the wedding planning process, Kayla went above and beyond to provide us with vendor and location recommendations, detailed timelines, wedding day tips. On our wedding day, she made us feel so comfortable in front the the camera and captured our wedding day perfectly. The photos are gorgeous and timeless, we couldn't imagine anything better! Kayla has been amazing to work with over the past two years. She has been very flexible, patient and comforting to work with as we had to reschedule and re-plan our wedding due to COVID. We never felt any stress from the photography component of the re-planning. When we were able to have our ceremony with 10 people, Kayla seamlessly fit into the small group and had everyone laughing and smiling which made everyone feel comfortable. My husband and I are probably the most awkward people when taking photos so I thank Kayla so much for coaching us and getting amazingly beautiful photos out of our awkwardness. Kayla also photographed my sister’s wedding in 2019 and our family was so happy to hear she would be doing our wedding as well as everyone grew to appreciate and enjoy her personality. We feel like we have known her forever! Kayla is truly a professional and I would continue to recommend her to anyone and everyone. We are looking forward to another opportunity to take more photos so we can book with Kayla again.

I was immediately drawn to Kayla's soft lighting style of photography and hired her in 2019 to photograph my summer 2020 wedding. When COVID forced me to postpone my wedding Kayla was really kind and would check in on how we were handling the stress of replanning while also being very responsive and helpful with all the changes required and willing to do anything she could to make our new date work. On our day Kayla was everything I knew she would be and way more. She kept everything light and fun all while being super professional and efficient to ensure every key moment and picture were captured. I had many comments of how great and enjoyable my photographer was by family and friends. My husband and I are completely obsessed with our final gallery, how Kayla captured so many beautiful moments and don't get my started on the sunset photos!! I constantly have people saying our wedding photos look straight out of a magazine. Kayla is a dream and is so incredibly talented. I can't wait to work with her again for family pictures in the future ?

Kayla did both our Bridal Shower & Wedding in 2018, and throughout the 8 months of communication she was extremely professional, responsive and kind. Kayla is a lovely human being and an extraordinary photographer. She was able to help guide me in deciding what I both needed and wanted for our wedding without bias. She provided detailed timelines, photo shoot lists, as well as creative ideas and previous works. Kayla responded to all of my emails quickly and with great detail, never making me feel like I was bothering her. The day of our wedding, Kayla felt like a friend and fit in so well with our friends and family. She moved throughout the social settings with ease always capturing the most perfect candid moments. After our wedding she quickly delivered the most perfect wedding pictures I could have ever asked for. My expectations were blown away and I am forever grateful for Kayla and her team.

When we were planning our wedding in 2019 one of the first vendors I was looking to book was a photographer. I wanted our photos to feel natural and effortless. When I came across Kayla's Instagram there was no need to look any further! Kayla was amazing right from the get-go! We had some virtual meetings and our chemistry with her came so easy. Shortly after we were unfortunately hit by covid and our wedding was turned to a very small immediate family only ceremony. This was extremely disappointing but Kayla was super flexible about how we could still work with her. We've since had 3 sessions with Kayla, a Holiday session, a Maternity session and most recently a Newborn session!! Kayla has helped us capture special moments as we have grown our family over the last 2 years and we look forward to continuing to have her as part of our journey.

Kayla was a delight from start to finish! Kayla came highly recommended by our friends who have hired her for their wedding. Kayla gladly met with us to discuss our wedding. Kayla was so accommodating the entire process. She was warm from the first time we met, addressing my concerns and questions with an authentic and caring attitude which made me and my fiancee so comfortable hiring her right away. Unfortunately, COVID restrictions resulted in our wedding date changing three different times. Kayla was understanding and helpful throughout the entire process of rescheduling. On the day of our wedding, Kayla was the utmost professional. She made my wedding guests feel comfortable in photo's and did not shy away from giving direction. Our wedding photos are beautiful!
