★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très déçue de ce commerce. Je demande pour utiliser leur salle de bain, on me dit qu’elle est brisée, comme plusieurs commerces le font. Pensez aux gens qui font de la route, je n’avais nulle part où aller et j’achetais des articles dans votre pharmacie.. Je venais d’être opérée et j’avais besoin d’utiliser vos toilettes. J’ai dû aller dans un stationnement et adopter une position qui m’a causé bcp de douleur avec une température très froide à l’extérieur. Le côté humain vous ne l’avez pas pantoute.
Very disappointed with this business. I ask to use their bathroom, I am told that it is broken, as many businesses do. Think of the people on the road, I had nowhere to go and was buying items from your pharmacy. I had just had surgery and needed to use your toilet. I had to go into a parking lot and adopt a position that caused me a lot of pain with a very cold temperature outside. The human side you don't have it all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je dois avouée que PJC est ma principale pharmacie et "WOW" pour le personnel qui se donne pour le bien-être de la clientèle. Le seul hic c'est qu'il y a tellement de clients que pour les prescriptions, il peut y avoir un certain temps d'attente mais je crois que d'appeler si vous avez un renouvellement et que la prescription est bonne, vous serez servi à votre arrivée!! Il n'y a pas de meilleurs personnels qu'à la PJC de Ste-Anne-de-Beaupré, ils ne vont pas seulement vous dire, tels où tels affaires est "je crois" dans cette allée, non pour être certaine de bien servir, ils vont se faire un plaisir de si rendre et que vous soyez rassuré, d'avoir le bon produit et même de vous faire sauver quelques dollars lollll
I must admit that PJC is my main pharmacy and "WOW" for the staff who give of themselves for the well-being of the clientele. The only catch is there are so many customers that for prescriptions there may be a wait but I believe calling if you have a refill and the prescription is good you will be served upon your arrival!! There are no better staff than at the PJC in Ste-Anne-de-Beaupré, they will not only tell you, such where such business is "I believe" in this aisle, not to be sure of good serve, they will be happy to return it and that you are reassured, to have the right product and even to save you a few dollars lolll

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vous affichez la fermeture à 21h sur internet, mais lorsque je me suis présenté le 14 janvier 2022 à 20h30 vos portes étaient fermé. Dans la porte j'ai pu constater que vous avez changé vos heures d'ouverture en collant les nouvelles heures sur un bout de papier. Cette nuit je vais passer une nuit d'enfer parce que je n'ai pas pu avoir mes pilules du à votre changement d'horaire pas fait sur internet. Pouvez vous modifier vos heures d'ouverture sur internet s'il vous plaît. Cela va éviter à d'autres personnes de se retrouver dans la même situation que moi. Merci pour votre attention et bonne journée

In the door I could see that you have changed your opening hours by pasting the new hours on a piece of paper. Tonight I'm going to have a hell of a night because I couldn't get my pills due to your schedule change not done on the internet. Can you change your opening hours online please.
