★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extrêmement déçu de mon expérience aujourd'hui..
Je suis résidente du quartier depuis un certain temps et je dépense dans cette pharmacie plusieurs centaines de dollars à chaque année.
Hier, j'ai acheté une crème solaire en spécial, de la 30. J'était contente parce que c'était inscrit '' vanille Blossom''.
Je rentre chez moi et dès que j'ai mit le pied à l'intérieur, j'ouvre le tube pour l'essayer. Je réalise donc que c'est de la crème de zinc et que c'est d'une matière vraiment désagréable à mettre sur la peau.
Le lendemain ( aujourd'hui), je me présente avec ma facture et le tube de crème en question.
La jeune fille appelle une gérante et pendant ce temps je finalise mes achats. Je prend de la Bonne crème solaire 30 et un nouveau case de téléphone.
La gérante me mentionne qu'étant donné que le tube est ouvert, que le magasin ne peut pas le revendre et ainsi qu'elle ne peut pas faire aucun remboursement.
Je lui mentionne que je ne veux pas un remboursement puisque j'ai d'autres choses à payer.
Elle me rétorque d'un ton de Madame : '' Ben voyons, si ont commençait à rembourser tout le monde qui ouvre des pots de crème solaire, ca finirait pu ! ''
Mais madame… c'est de la crème super spécial que nous avons là! Je me dit, tsé, cette crème là n'est pas perdue, faite en un tester au pire.
Alors, j'ai souhaité une bonne soirée à la Madame et j'ai remis mes articles dans le magasin…
Ps: Je vous ai laissé le tube de crème, faite en donc un tester pour les autres niaiseux comme moi.
 Extremely disappointed with my experience today ..
I have been a resident of the neighborhood for a while and I spend several hundred dollars in this pharmacy each year.
Yesterday I bought a special sunscreen from the 30's. I was happy because it was written '' vanilla Blossom ''.
I go home and as soon as I set foot inside, I open the tube to try it. I therefore realize that it is zinc cream and that it is a really unpleasant material to put on the skin.
The next day (today), I show up with my bill and the tube of cream in question.
The girl calls a manager and during this time I finalize my purchases. I'm taking Good Sunscreen 30 and a new phone box.
The manager mentioned to me that since the tube is open, the store cannot resell it and so she cannot make any refund.
I tell him that I don't want a refund since I have other things to pay.
She retorts me in a tone of Madame: '' Come on, if we started to reimburse everyone who opens jars of sunscreen, it could end up! ''
But madam… it's super special cream that we have here! I tell myself, tse, this cream is not lost, make it a test at worst.
So, I wished Madame a good evening and I put my items back in the store…
Ps: I left you the tube of cream, so make it a test for other stupid people like me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here to get a syringe to drain out the blood from my ear. Yeah, I know how that sounds but it's something that happens in Brazilian jiu jitsu. If you don't drain it out you get cauliflower ear. Not only the pharmacist refused to give it to me but she started smiling at me like I was some kind of idiot. I tried to explain it to her with my so so French and she just wasn't having it. I told her would you at least look it up, and she refused. I even told her that I have had it done by a nurse who does jiu jitsu and every thing was fine. She just didn't want to have anything to do with it.
The point is that at least be open minded about it and don't laugh in your clients face..have a little respect..
