A	Annalisa Fracassi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was our 1st time at this Pizza Nova location, Jason, was amazing, phenomenal service, considering the massive order we had just put through, he came thru for us ! Hands down the BEST service in town, truly nice, genuine guy, made us feel like we were at home! Thanks Jason! There's not too many people like u, we need more people like you in this world! Again, THANKS Jason! We will definitely be back soon!

They also provided us with very nice service and were very nice to us in general (didn’t take long to make the pizza ) , this is a place I would definitely recommend . It’s the best pizza I’ve ever had

I personally look for places that are clean because that tells me a lot about the quality and I have to say, this location is SPOTLESS! Fresh ingredients, great taste and absolutely lovely staff. Try their new honey stinger pizza if you're looking for something different, I promise it will amaze you!

I placed an order for a large pepperoni pizza and the restaurant said it would take 45 minutes to arrive. After 1 hour 30 mins I called the restaurant to check in on where my order was. The man that answered was very irritated and he told me that the roads are super busy (they weren’t) and that the driver was coming in 10 minutes but he doesn’t know which driver took my pizza so he couldn’t even contact the driver. Another 30 minutes passed and it was 2 hours since I placed my order so I called again. I guess they saw my number because they hung up when I called back. So then I tried calling again and the same man answered and said “I don’t know who you are have a good night” in a very rude tone and hung up on me. 2 hours and 30 minutes later I still have not received my pizza. I couldn’t even ask for the guys name that answered the phone because he hung up on me. All I know is that he had a heavy accent. Terrible experience and terrible employee
M	Mike Vickers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in and ordered a cheese slice combo for my daughter, two gourmet slices for me, and a dipping sauce. Cashier said it was over $33. I asked how that was possible... According to the posted menu prices, that was about $10 too much. He said the prices went up, but they didn't post them. Also, how could they have gone up by that much? Anyhow, I refused my slices even though they were already reheating in the oven, but my daughter still wanted her combo. Funny that that combo ended up being exactly the posted price. Also, they put my twice cooked slices of pizza I didn't want back on the rack for someone else to buy instead of throwing them out. Don't go here.
D	D M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza Nova is our favourite pizza to get. The ingredients always seem fresh and the crust is the perfect thickness and cook. The staff (delivery and in store) are very friendly but as of recently seem forgetful. Last weekend they completely forgot to make one of our 2 pizzas and this weekend they forgot the honey on our “honey stinger” and also didn’t give us our drink after ringing it through. We will try again but hope they can improve on getting things right! :)

I will definitely be ordering from here again. I also ordered a Mediterranean salad and it was fresh and lovely. I wish I could give this review more stars
S	Steve F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza Nova was so good when they first opened. Now in recent months the quality of food and service has changed for the worse. Just received another burnt pizza, black in the bottom! That’s three orders in a row, either burnt pizzas or a problem every time. I’ve been there and seen the older guy at the back with either his mask half on or not on at all, hanging under his chin. Such a shame, used to be great pizza, friendly staff. Not any more. I’ll attribute it to staff shortages obviously not the intention of the owner. But someone should please double check the pizzas when they go out or something. I doubt the owner would have allowed these burnt pizzas to go out the door, staff could care less I expect is the problem. We’ll look for somewhere else to order from with hopes Pizza Nova gets back to making the good pizzas they’re capable of soon. Yep, that’s a photo of two medium pizzas less three slices in the garbage, normally there’s one slice left. Disappointing!
