★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had ordered at 5:30 pm, I called back at 7:30pm to get no answer until 8:00 pm and it was not helpfull at all. At least, i hadn't pay with my credit card on the web site because we never received our delivery. Finally, i ordered at Botan pizzeria it took them 30 min.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a great experience. We arrived just before the dinner rush, and it took too long for our waitress to take our order. Me and my wife ordered a combo with boneless wings, breads ticks, and a medium pizza. We waited nearly half an hour while our waitress sat and chatted with a group of 'bros' that had just come in. When the wings came out, she gave them to the table next to our's first. They realized they had gotten the wrong order, and let the waitress know a few minutes later when she came back. Rather than get a new batch, she brings us the same plate she mistakenly gave the next table. A couple minutes after, we get the rest of our food all at the same time, and it's cold. After we ate, we went to pay, and the manager is just lounging around in a tshirt and shorts. He sees us waiting to pay, and just goes back to chatting up one of the prep cooks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went in to try the lunch buffet and there was nothing left. I had to ask for a slice of cheese pizza. They never brought out any more pasta or salad or chicken or dessert. It was only 12:30pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expensive and when I last ordered the pizza was cold, and it had been shaken up by the delivery guy so my pizza was a total mess. I made a complaint and recieved no compensation or free replacement. Terrible at customer care/satisfaction

Last 3 occasions we have ordered in the last month delivery was over 2 1/2 hours late from anticipated timing.
Unacceptable. I am assuming new management. Service and delivery timings used to be good prior to last month.
Food is nevertheless good, once or if delivered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food and service was OK. No wine whatsoever might be a dealbreaker for some since it is on the menu. They were also missing sauces for their chicken wings and none of this was crossed off the menu. We were also brought very spicy sauce when we ordered honey garlic, one of the mildest ones. Not sure if this place is closing or changing management but needless to say my family won't be returning to this location. I was no longer surprised by how many empty seats there were in the restaurant on a weekday evening.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 stars because I like pizza. Minus 3 stars because they never answer the phone and they accept order after 10pm but never delivered it.
We had to show up and work our way to a refund and while waiting the phone rang 3-4 times and the dudes who could pick it up were talking about video games while not wearing their mask in front of our food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no option for 2.5 stars. I know pizza hut is not gonna read this one as they didn't care about the previous customers' comments. I don't wanna say a lot but kindly know the difference between the chicken wings and bites. I ordered wings and got the useless bites. Pizza was v good but rest of order was not. 50-50.
