Ils semblent avoir une bonne qt de produits à prix raisonnable but I'm not screaming of excitement When you select 3 stars it appears "it was correct" ... Payer plus de 80$ pour appareil qui ne dure pas plus de 3 mois, je trouve ça ordinaire. Je me suis rendu au magasin dans un premier temps pour l'achats de nouveaux accessoires et liquides. J'ai alors mentionné mon problème avec mon appareil avec le commis, qui m'a mentionné de rapporter l'appareil avec la facture et qu'ils allaient simplement l'échanger. Je suis revenu quelques jours plus tard avec l'appareil et la facture. Finalement, il n'était plus question d'échange, ni de remboursement, ni de crédit... rien! Bien que le personnel soit qualifié et accueillant, je ne crois faire affaire avec eux dans le futur. 3 stars, "it was ok". The reason is very simple, the durability of the products is not there. Paying over $ 80 for a device that doesn't last more than 3 months, I find that ordinary. I went to the store first to buy new accessories and liquids. Quand tu veux des coils pour une vape 80 watts et qu'il essaie de te vendre des coils 20 watts en te disant que tu connais rien là-dedans... c'est parce que j'ai déjà fait l'erreur et j'aime pas changer mes coils au ~50 puffs. Il y a pleins d'autre places à Trois-Rivières qui savent de quoi ils parlent. If it's a guy of about 30 who's working that day, go elsewhere. When you want coils for an 80 watt vape and he tries to sell you 20 watt coils by telling you that you don't know anything about it ... it's because I already made the mistake and I hate changing my coils at ~ 50 puffs. There are plenty of other places in Trois-Rivières that know what they're talking about.
