I pre-ordered ?, reached there only after 25 minutes to grab my dinner....the guy at the counter verified my order number and went. No one showed up for next few minutes....when I asked again someone else came out again verified and said .."sir it will be ready in 30 minutes."

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They screwed up my order last night. These were the honey garlic wings I ordered, with barely any sauce, so basically plain. Then I fill out the survey and tell them to email and not call me.
The next day I get woken up by a phone call telling me that I ordered wrong and can’t read because I didn’t notice they’re now honey bbq and I thought they were honey garlic. So this guy that phoned me clearly can’t read, and has absolutely terrible customer service. Will not ever order from this location (or chain) again!
Service is worse than their crappy food.
Glad to see I’m not alone, seems like you get more bad reviews then good. Maybe you should do something about your management at this store, it’s awful.

Called back and they asked if I could hold and they hung up on me. Called back 2 more times no one answered. Looks like SWAN Pizzas getting my business tonight.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ How does a Pizza Hut offer over the phone pick up or delivery orders if they don’t answer the phone? This is the second time this has happened, last time we were ordering from our car outside the restaurant and no one was answering the phone so we went inside to order and there was staff standing right by the phones. Doesn’t make much sense

This is my last order for this location coz when ever I order thay always forget something or burn….!!! Never order this location…!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I order from them quite frequently (1-2 times every two weeks) and I must say they are pretty average. Their pizza tastes great, and price is reasonable for sure. Especially if you get their specials or different deals throughout the week. There are however, two things that I disliked quite a bit from my experiences. Firstly, not all the delivery drivers wear their masks properly even after being asked. (I’m not talking under the nose that is would be manageable, I'm talking wearing their mask under their chin. May as well not even wear a mask at that point. Then walking straight into the kitchen!). My second complaint is it seems none of the staff know prices for the specials at all. I am being charged a different price almost every time I go. Maybe it’s the fast rotation in staffing but this should be figured out. Overall though those are my only two complaints and they seem to run a very good business at this location. I will continue to order from here.
