If you have questions at night-Rick will respond so you can have good night sleep and wake up feeling without home buying on your mind. Its our first house. Buying it with Rick’s help was very easy and stress-free. Rick is very patient and never pushing the sell. We did not feel any pressure from him to buy our house. Yet he always have helpful suggestions. Rick is even helping us with move. He is really amazing!!! Rick knows the best and very professional inspection people. The lawyer suggested by Rick was very easy to work with and also very professional. Lawyer responded to emails at night to make sure we have all the information needed!!! We heard a lot of horror stories about buying the house so we were even scared to buy a house but people like Rick really exist and made entire process easy!!! He always answered any questions we had and made himself available to us whenever we needed. My boyfriend and I both have very demanding jobs which usually makes it hard for us to schedule things into our lives, but no matter what Rick would show us house whenever it worked for us. This made the experience of buying a house so much easier. Rick is extremely easy to talk to, any time of the day if we had questions he was only a phone call away.
