She is one of the busiest realtors in the city BUT never fails to respond and is always there for any questions and needs! She never put us under the pressure of anything when we should sell the house in spite of how crazy low house inventories are in the market this year. Her MARKETING STYLE is PHENOMENAL from photographs, video showcases, drone vids, & MLS descriptions. She covers all the items that need to be marketed and transparent to any sorts. She is open to correction (as she made us aware from the beginning), professional, knowledgeable, honest, open, and works hard! Any issues I had I could talk to her about and she would make sure they were heard. She helped find my husband his dream garage (who happened to be owned by a hunter just like us, so the garage was set up with hunters in mind) and find me a home that fit everything I wanted perfectly; somewhere we could grow in. Kim was an agent that was quick to respond and easy to get along with I would recommend her.
