I’d never sold a house before and he was honest and made everything straightforward and easy... he took care of all the details, I had lots of viewers in no time. Worry free sale. Incredibly responsive on the text and we had some laughs along the way. Great experience and I recommend Jared highly!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jared was amazing!!! I am moving from Ontario and we only had three days to look at a lot of houses!! Jared cleared his schedule to ensure that we were seeing all the houses that we liked. If something wasn't available he made sure to show us a different option (close too what we liked)!! We ended up putting in an offer and when the home inspection came back he helped us get the pricing down to what was fair based off of the home inspection. Looking forward to seeing him on the day of closing to get my keys (even though I am being dragged to the land of snow! haha) Great job Jared! We will certainly be working with you in the future!!!!!!!
