★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the staff are compassionate with our 13 year old Siberian Husky, and with us as we manage her mobility challenges. They continue to provide valuable care for our dog's arthritis and hip dysplasia. I'm glad we happened upon them and I would recommend their services.
Covid-19 precautions seem to be adequate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff complained about my dogs shedding, it sort of seemed juvenile although I don't think I was supposed to hear it. The vet also repeatedly referred to my female dog as a "he". The care was fine but I didn't appreciate the attitudes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw Dr Nelson for a general wellness and vaccine booster and will not be going again. He did not seem up to date on current treatment, and advised for therapies that do not have evidence supporting them. He also defended declawing of cats, and blew off the known negative side effect- this procedure has been banned in many countries and provinces because it’s unethical.
On top of that, my dog was very uncomfortable with his handling technique, which is unusual for him. And at one point an admin staff pushed my dog to move forward - admittedly my dog was planting his feet, but I never push my dog and she did not ask for permission to do so.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We made the mistake of taking our dog here. Needs a monthly prescription. Can buy it for half the price online but the Dr won't release the prescription. Says to keep buying from him or go to another vet. Won't let us have my dogs prescription. Unethical. I will never go here again.
