K	Kassie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This beautiful shop was inviting upon arrival . My piercer took his time explaining everything to me about what to expect and what to be aware of afterwards. I’ve had the same area pierced before in a different province and you can tell Pitbull staff was much more knowledgeable in comparison. The location , ring type , aftercare all made sense. I also got a little faint ( as I do with any needle ) and my piercer took good care of me . Lots of laughs and ease of nerves . The most pleasant experience . Thanks Pitbull !
S	Sarah-Jean Edmonds on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have no idea who tattooed me. He’s not listed on their website. He didn’t give me his name. I heard a rumour he’s part owner? When I first saw him, I was a little intimidated because he had blacked out eyes, silicone horns, and obviously plenty of tattoos and piercings. But I figure this guy must know what he’s doing. I got an alien head that’s just black, and smaller than 2”x2” on my arm. So simple. And yet, this was the most painful tattoo I’ve ever experienced. Worse that my 2.5 hour collarbone/shoulder/shoulder blade piece, worse that my rib piece, worse than the tattoo on the back of my knee. It felt mean. It felt like he was carving into me. I couldn’t even make small talk with this guy. After the 15 minutes goes by and he’s done, he gives me aftercare instructions and he goes “any questions?” And I’m like “Nope, clear as mud!” (Joking obviously) and he goes “wow you seriously need me to go over that again?” And stares me down. So I pay and leave without another word. Then the tattoo gets massively infected which has NEVER happened to me before. It was so painful to heal. Now here I am a couple months later with the most janky, patchy, misshapen alien head ever. The shop offered to do touch ups for free but I never want to step foot in that place again. Horrifying.

She makes you feel comfortable and takes good care of you when getting your piercing done. I’ve gotten 4 piercings done from her. My daith, helix , septum & nose piercing! Each one- she made me feel safe & really cares about not wanting to hurt you .

It was very clean, staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, and I sent a message via their website on a Sunday and heard back quickly. I saw Autumn for my piercing, and even though I have a deviated septum she did a FANTASTIC job. She was thorough, friendly, made me comfortable throughout, and I can't recommend Pitbull enough. Highly recommend!

K	Kirsten Meyer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had Autumn for my appointment and she was beyond phenomenal! I got my septum pierced as well as my forward helix and she was so professional and thoughtful. I had no idea what I wanted for my second piercing after my septum so I asked for her opinion and we settled on forward helix after marking out a few spots! She took things into consideration that I wouldn’t have even thought of (like it I wore headphones a lot, how we wanted to balance the piercings in my other ear etc.) and was just awesome! We did have to re-do my septum at NO FAULT of Autumn & she was still so apologetic and kind with the whole situation, giving me time to rest in between (as well as asking which one I wanted to start with at the beginning) and overall it was a phenomenal experience & I will definitely be going back soon for more! I didn’t have direct experience with the other piercer but I could hear him in the other booth at the same time as my appointment and he also sounded super kind and considerate with his own client so I would have no worries going back to see either of them! Even the front desk receptionist was such a sweetheart! Overall was a great experience and even with having to re-do the one piercing it was beyond worth it as we were able to correct it and I left incredibly happy! Thanks again to the amazing staff at Pitbull!
A	Avery on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my ears pierced there today, I had Mark to help me. He was AWESOME. He was friendly and explained the process so well. He was polite and calm, and very knowledgeable. He explained the piercing process, how the needle worked, how my ears will feel, and how to take care of it. Man, if my tattoo artists (at other shops) were even half as nice and welcoming as Mark... The price was really good, and I got two little cute diamond stubs on my upper lobes. So cute! Day 1 of recovery, but they seem to be doing well. I'll be back for more once these heal!

Upon arriving, I was greeted as I was removing my boots and the front desk was nice with helping me feel at ease and giving me the paperwork. This was my first time getting my ears professionally pierced since I let piercings I received as a kid, via a gun, close up. I went in for double lobes and Mike was my piercer. He was funny, informative, patient and kind. He was thorough, reassuring and allowed room for questions and time to make decisions. I never felt rushed or pressured and he even let me see a hypothetical placement for a third piercing. Everything was clean and sterile. He sought my verbal consent before proceeding with each piercing and any pain was minimal. Mike explained aftercare and also gave me the same info in writing along with a nice amount of sea salt to do it. My ears have been healing fine though one ear that bled a bit gave me some concerns, but I consulted the handout again and read that it was part of the healing process and gave it some more TLC with the sea salt solution and it cleared right up. I would go back to Pitbull, and probably will go back for my third lobe piercing and not sure what else yet.
