J	Joel Decker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered on the app and after they accepted the order, the store called to tell me that they didn't have any rice left and wouldn't be making anymore as they were closing in 45 mins. Thats fine, but I wanted to cancel my order. The store couldn't cancel and told me to cancel in the app, but there is no option to cancel an order in the app. I submitted a request for refund to both the store and spoonity which operates the app. 3 weeks later and I still do not have a refund. I enjoy pita pit but will not be returning until this is resolved.

One was not edible because I have a gluten allergy and they did not put it on a gluten free pita. we called and agreed all 3 pitas were to be remade and sent out. 45 Minutes later we received only 2 of our 3 pitas and one of which was incorrect again! Missing the falafel. Not usually one to complain but we weren't even offered a discount or anything upon calling again.

C	Cris Par on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’d give it a 4 or even a 5 star if it wasn’t for my protein shake I ordered with a shot of protein. Had to argue a little with the lady to put the leftover in an extra cup, telling me the cups were expensive but directed her to the other plastic cups beside the water tap & she budged. Maybe it’s me, but she seemed annoyed about it, but like... excuse me!! I payed for a shot of protein to have it all, not watch part of it get thrown away because the smoothie cups aren’t big enough.

Whoever makes the pita chips, please rotate the chips on the grill and evenly layer them or else this happens. It is DISGUSTING. I've made pita chips many many times at another location and it is not a difficult thing to do but you seem to manage to mess it up every time. So gross.

I’m am attaching a picture of what was given to me &please be the judge if this is the way people are supposed to eat these Pita chips? These Pita Chips appear to be burnt & all the crumbs are on the pita & I am not even going to attempt to even eat these as when something doesn’t appear appetizing why would anyone want to eat them. I don’t not need an email or anything, Businesses & especially in the food industry service should be in a way where you should never have to say “I’m Sorry” & food should be given in a way that you yourself would want to eat. I suppose the staff at this location enjoy their pita chips like this. I have had Pita Chips before & this is this 1st time I have ever been given Chips like
