★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company used to operate under Val-Morin piscine. Took a deposit for a new inground pool in 2010 and went bankrupt a month later. Shortly after opened under Val Morin signature. Avoid at all costs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with them was terrible, at the beginning it was ok. But it becomes like a scam. When we can build the pool, the contractor tell us it will cost more because of the measuring. They tell us last minutes. For all this month, Val Morin company never mention that we will pay extra. The plan we sign was already there. This extra money was not in the contract. They ask for a lot of extras. I don't recommend going with this company, horrible communication, and careless employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The company does not respond and resolve its issue promptly. For the example I have, they replaced a skimmer for me in 2019 and found some problems. They answered it is not under warranty and did not send people to repair it for two weeks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST COMPANY EVER, DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AND IF YOU DO READ 3 TIMES THE CONTRACT.
They ask for extra money constantly and they don't respect the contract, make sure everything they say verbally to have it on paper and signed.
they started the work 2 months later and it took them 3 months to finish. 0 communications and they take decisions without asking you. Make sure your yard is clean as I got tools stolen from the employees. Don't ever ask for compensation because is never their fault, they always blame someone else. What's missing to make my experience worse, them to go bankrupt again and not have a warranty for my pool. If you are missing stress and anxiety from your life, go with Val Morin Signature, they will deliver.

Former bankrupt company, just reopened with slight adjustment to name. (I learned this after the mess). Ordered a pool, inground 2020 to be built first thing 2021. Right from the day 1 the mess started. Foreman never Showed, so guys digging had a schedule and went ahead digging without taking measurements , dug into neighbors yard. Too close to back fence. Would not come back again for a week or 2. Finally a month later poured the concrete. After it was done, i notfied it wasn't parallel to the back fence and after my own measurements it was too close to the neighbors. Way less than regulation. After i told them, they told me to notify the city and the city would give me a special permit.
No one measured ever. From day one. Just decided to eyeball it. So this caused months of back and forth to convince them to redo it. After complaining of the costs , they finally did it. With continued issues throughout. Ruined my summer, i had to pay my neighbors for damages. They started in March and ended in September. Still do this day there is so much that is still a complete mess. The liner is a joke the way it was put in. They don't respond or ignore my plea. Heater also not placed properly, had to pay someone to redo it.
After everything they fought and didn't give me any rebate for all the issues. The owner told me i was lucky in signing a contract in 2020 as opposed to 2021. 50000 . Not worth the headache. Plus the foreman they had on the project was completely useless. Always assured everything would be ok, only to end up in mistake after mistake. Pictures to come.
