★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ils étaient supposé venir a 3 reprise pour ouvrir notre piscine apres avoir pris un rendez vous 3 semaine avant... aucune nouvelle durant la semaine complète de notre rendez vous... lorsqu'on les a appelés pour canceller parce que ca ne fait aucun sense, il ne font que dire : Ok! Et raccroche ... du vrai professionnalisme....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We installed an inground pool turn key with all the bells and whistles, and less than 2 years later everything broke down. I had to do major repairs on the heater, change the pump, chlorinator, all the pool lights, etc...called them several times to do some of the repairs or at least refer me to someone and after the sale it was impossible to get in touch with Patrick. The person answering the phone always tells me he is very busy and will get back to me eventually. I have been waiting for over two years. Any how I found another pool contractor to take care of my problems. It was difficult because no one likes to take care of someone else's mess. Piscine Pat-Rick is hit and run. Once they are paid you are on your own. I would not recommend them.
