★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came into town on Thursday - call 3 times, no answer, so then I left a voicemail and my phone number and my request and no one ever bothered to call me back!
Really hard for people to support local when they come into town if those who own businesses don’t respect future clients. $1000 mistake I guess.
I would suggest finding a different company that answers or gets back to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My fiancée and I had a great experience renting the Larson 1850 from Pier Water Sports. We were able to reserve online with ease and their friendly staff made check-in a breeze. We were super satisfied with the safety briefing. Our time out on the water was fantastic! We couldn’t have asked for a better time. Prices were reasonable and the staff were great. As locals, we will be back again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented the party barge from these guys a couple weeks ago with a bunch of friends and it was epic. The rental went nice and smooth, the call to book the party barge was handled with some of the best customer service I have ever seen. The staff are all incredible at what they do and are so informative on every aspect of the rental. The walk through on the boat was very informative as well and learned the owner built the barge himself. The party barge was the most epic time all my friends have ever had, this rental will be talked about for years and now is going to be a yearly thing for us all. Was so surprised to find out how good on fuel it was too. Highly recommend this place as your only boat rental place to go to in Penticton!!!!!!!!!! See you guys next year thanks again.

Online booking was an easy start, and that theme continued in person to get the boat rental and return. Greeted by friendly staff all around. Orientation was really great, took the time to answer the kid's questions and made it informative and fun for everyone.
Boat and tubing was awesome - lots of memories made! Will do again!

We were able to get on the water ASAP and check-out was very efficient. I love how its Pet Friendly and my dog had a blast. Highly Recommend this boat rental.
