The service was horrible, we waited 25 min and still didn't get our drinks, the restaurant wasn't even busy.. we told the hostess and she was just as useless!!

today I had a Reuben sandwich, compared to the last time, this one was terrible, very salty, low on meat (which did not taste fresh, no cheese, & the fries were overcooked in overused oil. Not going back there again..

Terrible food delivered frozen to the office. It was meant for our christmas lunch yet non fresh and frozen food delivered. Very upset with this type of catering service. Will never order again from them.

Teresa at Pickle Barrel Catering has to be the best employee your company has hired! I wish she had a direct line to call and place orders. I can tell that she enjoys speaking to customers by always being so cheery and knowledgeable.

Your Newmarket location is terrible. Ordered nachos with seasoned beef. They put a hamburger that was cut into pieces. Lettuce on my club was black. This was a delivery order. I called to complain.

Ate at the Pickle Barrel Markvill Mall location on June 28th with several colleagues. Two of us ordered chicken quesidilla - we both ended up sick within 1/2 hour of leaving restaurant. Stomach cramps & diarreah. Reported to Head Office and NO response from them directly. They had store manager call me. When I contacted Head Office again to follow up, an assistant sent me an email saying they have great food, checks in place, and that "alot of illness is going around" - took no responsibility AND did not take this situation seriously. UNDERWHELMING response to a very serious situation. I will be using social media to warn others of this terrible situation.

The catering is gross. The fruit is mostly rind, the pita platter is all mayo-based salad. Breakfast bagels have weird, likely powdered, cold egg patties that are like bad tofu. They catered three lunches and two breakfasts and I could not eat any of them. I will concede that I have some sensory processing challenges, so some of it is my problem, hence two stars and not one.

Managers need better training on customer service. I picked up a take out order, came home, took it out of the bag, and it spilled out. We immediately called the Leslie street store and asked if I could get it replaced or even have the replacement order at half price since it was $19.20 for this meal. The conversation lasted seconds and he refused because it did not happen "in store". Myself and family have been coming in there for years, so rather then making their customer happy they just lost repeat business .
