★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. Non of the tools were sterilized. Reused the same tools on my friend and I. We both did shellac, and it was very uneven and chunky. We had a group for a mani and pedi, and I decided to not get the pedi because I noticed nothing was being sterilized. On top of all that, I went to get my wallet from the car to leave a tip. As I was walking towards the door, the lady stopped me to ask for a tip. I told her I was going to the car to get my wallet. I gave her a twenty so she can give me back a 10, and she didn't give me any change back until I asked her. Extremely AWFUL customer service. NEVER going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience!! The technician didn't lotion or file my nails properly at all.
They are completely uneven. Nobody speaks English properly so it's hard to even tell them what you want.
The Groupon is in USD so you will end up paying more in Canadian to convert it.
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved the quality. Yes it is pricey but my nail chip easily and gel doesn't last.. so far the Japanese gel (soft gel) has lasted one and half weeks without chips ! Worth every penny.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the first time and had a good experience. The lady offered me water and turned on the TV in case I get bored for sitting too long. I'm impressed with the outcome and the quality of workmanship. I also heard from the lady who worked on my nails stating that they use authentic products directly from Japan, which I didn't believe at first, then I noticed the nail did indeed held longer than expected. Overall experience is great and I will certainly revisit this store again. Strongly recommended.
