Do not trust this airline ticket booking agency; they have worst service. They have taken excess amount in a rebooking after total price provided by verbally and through email. Told ticket will be issued in two hrs on the day of booking , now over five days no ticket and refund. Their agents located in India;agent has no customers service manners; my fear now the payment details collected may misuse. I am alerting my bank, so scary . They owes me CAD 2268. Never book a ticket even if you get free.

WARNING: AVOID CHEAPOAIR AT ALL COST! This company review does not even deserve a single star. Save yourself from headache. You think you’ll be saving but you’re not. I paid for my choice seat and they give you a different seat, you try to call them, you won’t get through. I had to pay for my choice seat again straight through the airline. I paid extra to get priority for customer care. Customer care is non-existent. You want a refund, you’re on cue for 1 hour and when you get through, you get transferred to a different department and be on cue for another 2 hours. At one point while waiting on cue, I got a satisfaction survey without even talking to someone and the call drop. And don’t think you can get faster through their online chat. Chat wait times is as bad except without dealing with very thick southeast asian accent that’s so difficult to understand, and you get transferred around and be on cue again and again. It’s so bad I fell asleep and woke up 2.5 hours later and still on cue in the chat. Do yourself a favour, book straight with the airline and save yourself from troubles, headache and wasted time. I actually spent more because of their added charges, paid seats that you don’t get and a paid premium customer service that in non-existent.

We got business ticket from this website. In Doha, they did not let my husband use the lounge, Qatar airline told him the ticket was not compatible with using lounge. We checked everything at the beginning and they told us this ticket is a business ticket and compatible with every facilities that a business class ticket has. I called twice the customer service today. They were not responsive and kept me waiting for 45 minutes with no answer.

Zero-star my true ranking for this flieght agency. For my case, I added an extra service bundle enabling me for free rebook or cancellation. Next day of booking, I asked from them to re-route one of my family member tickets. The agent told me that this service bundle is expired in 24 hours after booking. And for my case it was 25 hours! So they did not refund or even change anything without a huge penalty of $825. I had just asked them to reroute one of my stops in a round trip itinerary. Normally it is done with a very low penalties with similar agencies or airlines. You have to be careful not to be trapped with what you see in the front pages of the web site. You need at least a day to inspect all of the hidden policies popped out here and there in the website, if you are really intersted to the deal. I spent a day to talk my complaint without any useful action from them.

I booked a flight with this company, the airline cancelled it after two weeks. The cheapoair provided me with an alternative option I accepted, after a week of not hearing from them I called them and waited behind their busy line for 90 minutes once and second tome for 1 hour, then they said the alternative option did not go through either. They said they will get back to me with a second alternative, that did not go through either and again waited behind their busy tolled phone line for another 90 minutes to find out. I gave them a third chance and again nothing. During this period of 3 weeks I spent 300 minutes tolled long distance and accomplished nothing. I am going to ask them to refund me now, hopefully this process would be easier although I doubt it.

This company is just pathetic. Book with literally any other company. They changed my flight 3 days before I was leaving and provided me with the most ridiculous flight schedule that added an extra flight and 8 hours of travel time. They don't have a toll free number, so calling them to rework my flight took an hour of my time and cost me $50 in long distance charges. The other option was decline the changes and an agent "would try" to find a more suitable flight, but in their fine print it also stated that the airline might reject these changes and cancel my entire flight without a refund. There motto is basically "book now and pray it works because everything is non refundable"

If I could I would have given 0 stars. I have been trying to get a refund of 4675 CAD, for a booking since last August. They just refunded me 72 CAD saying that’s all they can do. So far they haven’t refunded the big money saying that the validity period has expired. The Airline( Air Canada) says it was valid for two years. But these people say it was valid only 1 year, so they can escape easily. I have written proof from the Airline for the extended validity period. I emailed it to them 2 months back, but so far no response. They waste your money and time. If I call them to get answers for my questions they put me on hold for hours. Such fraudulent company and staff. Anybody looking to purchase tickets through them, don’t put your self in trouble. Instead try booking through other reputed places.

Sitting at Air Canada flight terminal while my flight leaves due to not able to rebook because Cheapoair customer service has dropped my call 5 plus times prior to my flight departure. This airline is a scam- they pretty much lie about the change fee options that they make you pay and drop your calls as soon as they hear you would like alternative flight options. They dont think of the customer and only think of strategies on how to make money off the customer. They will not rebook, refund, credit your booking due to any reasoning or request even if your flight has not departed yet. Please ..please save yourself from this scamming company and pay the extra to an alternative travel agency. I have ready made arrangements to take this scamming travel agency to small claims court .
