M	Meandyou Sullivan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I moved here in October 2020. I did not get to see the apartment before we moved in due to covid. When we moved in, the kitchen cupboards were falling off and damaged. Very old cupboards that need to be replaced. I have made numerous complaints because they keep breaking shortly after getting fixed. Maintenance also makes more holes in the cupboards everytime they try to fix it. Other new tenants got new kictens and I got one that is old and falling apart. Many, many, complaints and management doesn't care. I will be escalating this very soon.

Yeah, maybe management isn't the best at responding to maintenance calls and my closet doors fell off... but I have had no "bad" experiences since living here. The units have lovely huge windows which lets a ton of natural light into the apartment, and the location can't be beat. Everyone in the building is also very nice and you will meet some kind neighbours if you live here. The only thing I had to get used to was the smell of the trash compactor in the back lobby! All in all, the other reviews sell the place short.

If you are gonna list a unit available for May, you need to make sure there are people available in the office ready to take calls. Starting to get frustrated

When the Heater unit in the main bedroom stopped working Gajee came to fix it right away knowing it is winter and the nights are cold. Just goes to show they are considerate and understanding. Wishing all the management staff (Vasanti, Dushi, Lowell and Gajee) all the best in 2022.

Leaky ceiling still unrepaired after a month, leaking windowws. It took 7 visits to repair a leak in the sink, we had to bring in a family friend. Everybody smokes inside so the hallways stink. Picture of the ceiling. Avoid this place like the plague if possible.

We are thrilled with the service that we have received, the office & maintenance staff are incredibly diligent, receptive, and quite responsive with regards to tending to the needs of their tenants. Since we have been living here there have been many noticeable improvements; it honestly keeps getting better and better.

I'm happy that there are Covid Prevention Procedures now and I'm glad to see that the building especially the elevators are now cleaner than they have ever been!! Also the staff are very efficient at addressing any issues you may have with your unit even through these hard times. Thank you for making living here a great place to live. Keep up the great work!
