From the pickup from the original home to delivery to our home, it was done swiftly but safely. The piano was well protected during the delivery. The team was honest/upfront with all details and made the process so easy! Highly recommend!

He has a detailed request form that gives you an almost instant quote. He was able to schedule me quickly thereafter, responded immediately to texts, was very polite, respectful and most importantly, his crew took very good care of my piano. I highly recommend his services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very happy with this company's service. I needed a piano moved fairly quickly (the person giving it to me was moving) and James was able to do the move on 4 days' notice. For my first inquiry I left a phone message, he called back almost immediately, provided a link to the info form where I could request a quote, gave me a quote immediately after I submitted the form, and then scheduled the move. This was a pretty easy move, I think, just a small piano, no steep steps or tight turns, and the 3-man crew was speedy and professional. All the good reviews here and on HomeStars seem completely accurate and I will definitely ask James to come tune the piano once it's settled into its new home a bit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ James and his staff arrived exactly at 9am and that's the time that it was scheduled for. They came into the house and protected the ground with carpet. They secured the piano and delivered it to its destination. They arrived there promptly and protected the house and the Piano the same way they did from the other location. The Piano was put into its new place with the help of James and his team.
They were Professionals, clean, respectful, reliable and the value of the move was a fantastic too.
Thank you again and I do recommend them to anyone.
