★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Couldn't be more pleased with my physiotherapist Ana Maria Ferreira! I've been seeing her for the past month for issues related to sciatica and she has been wonderful. The discomfort has almost completely disappeared. She and PhysioExtra are highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to thank physiotherapist Pierre-Olivier Joyal who helped me heal my injured knee. The most I liked is the way how he explained me how the knee works, what exactly happened with it and what should I do to heal it. Thank you.

Apart from improving the health of my ankle, he checked in on me weekly via email and made himself available if I had any questions or concerns. I appreciate the passion in his work and I would highly recommend him to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had terrible neck pain for about three weeks before I went here. Had to take Advil daily just to go to bed. Finally booked an appointment with PhysioExtra and could not be happier. In only one Session Pierre-Olivier helped me get my neck relaxed, gave me some exercises and solid advice to fix my bad habits. It's been two weeks and two appointments and I feel nearly 100%. Pierre-Olivier was both personable and professional and I will absolutely go back to him if I have problems in the future. Ask for P-O!

My physiotherapist Pierre-Olivier has recommended ways to adjust my day-to-day habits and provided exercize plans. His care and support helped me get better in a very short amount of time, and adapt a more sustainable way of working and running. Thank you!

He is thorough, thoughtful, super helpful, supportive, realistic, professional, genuine & enthusiastic. I highly recommend him & my experience with all staff at Physio Extra have been excellent. If this standard is maintained, it will always be my first ‘go to’ for any injuries, pain or weak points or as a preventative measure to look after my body.
