AprĂšs avoir visiter plusieurs ostĂ©os et physio du coin, jâai finalement donner la chance au Physio Plateau.
Guillaume mâa rapidement mis Ă lâaise par son respect du patient, de la science, et la pratique. Bien que ce soit difficile parfois de faire confiance au processus (on est souvent dĂ©couragĂ©!), je suis aujourdâhui tellement reconnaissante dâavoir suivis les conseils de Guillaume. Il a soulagĂ© mes douleurs au fessier en moins de 2-3 sĂ©ances et du dos en moins de 2 visites) Mes douleurs sont complĂštement parties. Je le recommande tous !
 I suffered from pain in my lower back as well as around my hips. Being someone quite flexible and active, it was difficult to pinpoint the exact cause of my pain. After visiting several osteos and physios in the area, I finally gave Physio Plateau a chance.
Guillaume quickly put me at ease with his respect for patients, science, and practice. Although it is sometimes difficult to trust the process (we are often discouraged!), today I am so grateful to have followed Guillaume's advice. He relieved my buttock pain in less than 2-3 sessions and back pain in less than 2 visits) My pain is completely gone. I recommend it all!

â â â â â Jâavais un lumbo sciatique persistant et Guillaume a su cerner mon mal et traiter mon dos avec les bons soins et exercices. Jâai reçu une approche adaptĂ©e et vraiment personnalisĂ©e, aprĂšs quelques sĂ©ances et beaucoup dâexercices mon dos va vraiment bien et je peux enfin reprendre mes activitĂ©s! Je recommande la clinique de Physio Plateau sans hĂ©sitation!
I had persistent lumbo sciatica and Guillaume was able to identify my pain and treat my back with the right care and exercises. I received an adapted and really personalized approach, after a few sessions and a lot of exercises my back is really well and I can finally resume my activities! I recommend the Physio Plateau clinic without hesitation!

Suite Ă une analyse approfondie (il prend vraiment le temps!) et un traitement, les problĂšmes que je trainais depuis plusieurs mois ont disparu. I went to this clinic because of severe dizziness that affected me daily. Olivier specializes in vestibular rehabilitation. Following a thorough analysis (it really takes time!) and treatment, the problems that I had been dragging around for several months disappeared. J'ai eu la chance d'ĂȘtre suivie par le physiothĂ©rapeute Guillaume Ă plusieurs reprises et il m'a offert un service tout simplement impeccable! Il est trĂšs attentionnĂ©, respectueux et professionnel. Il a complĂštement rĂ©glĂ© mon problĂšme de dos et j'en suis trĂšs reconnaissante!
La seule raison pour laquelle j'offre 4 Ă©toiles plutĂŽt que 5 est parce qu'ils chargent le prix d'1h mĂȘme si le rendez-vous dure seulement 30 minutes...

I had the chance to be followed by the physiotherapist Guillaume on several occasions and he offered me simply impeccable service! He is very caring, respectful and professional. It completely solved my back problem and I am very grateful!
The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because they charge the 1 hour price even though the appointment is only 30 minutes...

â â â â â It seems that the physiotherapists at this clinic vary in skill, but Genevieve took me from crying in bed at night from chronic pain caused by a pinched nerve, to fully functioning again after only 3 or 4 visits. It was a life-changing and affordable experience that brought me out of a very dark place and I highly recommend her services. Also Genevieve was very sensitive about explaining each part of the session and warning me before touching âprivateâ areas (for example near my breasts). The curtains did not bother me because they provide clients with shorts to wear during the treatments. I did not feel privacy was compromised.

â â â â â I've been treated by Olivier Benoit who has been able to identify all my issues and provide me with treatment plans to alleviate my pain and discomfort. He is fully bilingual and able to explain to me how my body is reacting in a way that I can understand. What I like about this place is that it's relatively easy to book an appointment and they're very hands on. They focus on manual therapy instead of hooking you up on the tends or ultrasound machine for periods of time without taking the time to physically assess and feel out the patient's injury. The clinic could use a bit of a face lift, however, it's clean and easily acceisble and well located near Laurier metro on St-Denis. You can't miss the bright yellow exterior. Also, no credit cards accepted so be prepared to use your debit card.
