I needed this work space as a Student from Concordia, sadly had to leave after multiple instances of racist harrassment and discrimination by other clients and blatant inaction (arguably condonement) by management. Didn't get reimbursed for the 6 month lease, they ignore my emails. Very disappointed, this matter should be taken to the Human Right's Commission and lawsuits. I don't have the time nor energy to do it but hopefully sooner or later someobody will speak up.

If I could put a negative star, I would. Spaces is the definition of the classic bait and switch slumlord. Im currently on a "Virtual Office" plan but I wanted the "Office Space" plan which on their site says for $370 per month per person, I could get a private office, which is similar in price to the Coworking Membership plan. Too good to be true? Thats because it is! There is no office available at that price, the cheapest is in the $700 range. So it's already a bad start. Next as I worked from the common spaces, I also noticed that there is little enforcement of public hygiene guidelines. While the place is empty most of the time, there are a decent amount of people working out of that space. A handful of them don't seem to wear masks nor wash their hands upon entry, all this while the reception staff seem indifferent of that reality. There doesn't seem to be frequent disinfection of the common areas, and again, while there isn't many people, those that do use the space seem to think we are in a different reality with their meetings and socializing in the common areas (without masks on of course). The last thing that bugs me off the most is the unpredictability of cost. They seem to nickel and dime you for every little thing. On top of that, the plans they offer are illogical because it seems to fluctuate with the market conditions and are similar for the same cost. Ex. Presently, a Coworking Membership is $100 more than a Virtual Office plan, yet the Virtual Office plan includes the same perks of the Coworking Membership on top of having a mailing address. So pretty much a hipster's tax?

I rent an office at this center. And all the one stars below are a huge conflict of interest. The client below seems to have made fake accounts and gotten his whole community who are not actual clients at spaces to write fake reveiew. The team did a great job making sure the cneter is safe and everyone follows the health and safety code which is on all our contracts, these clients failed time and time again to wear a mask and respect the rules. They received countless warnings, and spaces had to follow there procedure on revoking them. I feel safe knowing this cneter takes the healthy and safety of their clients seriously. This is a great center and I recommend it to everyone. The center team is top notch!

Unbelievable. They take your money, overcharge you, take forever to even answer about a refund and use double standards when it comes to the covid enforcement policy, bordering on xenophobia... The offices are nice, most of the staff are friendly yet some of the people in charge seem to be taking very questionable decisions, we're not the first to say so and sadly probably not the last...

Amazing Staff and the vibe is off the chain. Great prices and social activities.

Be aware (read on). I entered my contract with spaces full of optimism because the offices were beautiful and the community seemed vibrant. Little did I know I was entering a financial pit. The first of my problems started when I signed up for pre authorized debit payments from my corporate accounts. That took about 2 weeks and two in person visits to the office administrators for a process that is marketed as a more convenient payment solution. A couple weeks after I was told it was complete, I got an email saying my first bill was overdue. So, immediately, I wrote a cheque for the outstanding amount. The next day, I realized the amount was deducted twice, via pre authorized debit and from the cheque I wrote. So now I've been overcharged by almost 3k. So, immediately, I raised concern with the administrators and head office. When I went on for a month with no response from head office and no resolve from the administrators I decided to cancel my contract. i specifically said I wanted to cancel where my contract would terminate immediately after the period that has already been paid. A few weeks later I check my corporate bank account and I see that they deducted another $1700 via pre authorized debit!! I asked my sales guy and the administrators what the heck this charge was and everyone said they didn't know. So, obviously, I sent about 10 emails to head office and called them about 5 times over the course of a week and a half after the $1700 was deducted. Now I sit here, still with no response, writing this review about a company that owes me over 4000 f-in dollars!!! The takeaway: If this was some petty amount, I would not be this upset. But i literally had to pay a company electrician out of pocket due to the money flying out of the corporate bank account inexplicably. We're talking over four thousand dollars here. My advice, if you want to make this space rental work for you, do NOT sign up for pre authorized debit. Be very vigilant of what's coming out of your account. Try to use a credit card, because at least then you can dispute charges if you wind up in my situation. If you enjoy getting the run around from customer service regarding serious issues, you will absolutely love this office space rental! I occupied office 721 and my customer service numbers were 02747276, 07321086, 00540201 for when I inevitably get a reply to this review saying "please reach out to customer service and we will get back to you :))" Absolutely ridiculous experience. Worst decision I could have ever made for my business.

The service at the center is amazing and especially Julien with whom I have worked for a long time and who helps all his clients with all his heart. He's very professional and goes above and beyond whenever anyone needs helps. His presence adds so much value to the place and makes it even more professional! Thank you Julien and keep up the great work!

??Avoid at all costs ?? Horrendous parent company (IWG/Regus) that will squeeze every dollar out of you. There is absolutely zero care for their customers. Way better options out there for better value and customer service. 1. Incentivized us to sign a 6 month agreement by saying we can order free furniture. Was told it would take 3-4 weeks. Ordered around 10 items from their fancy catalogue. Weeks, then months went by, we were told they were arriving "soon". Never arrived. Never compensated for hindering us from properly getting set up. Would have just bought our own furniture if we were just told it was never coming. 2. Left the office in a cleaner state then when we received it. Was still charged $1,117 "restoration fee" for a tiny 250 sq ft room. This mandatory fee was buried on the last page of a linked "house rules" document. See attached photo from when we left the office for what requires a $1,117 "restoration", shows how much this company rips off their customers. 3. After switching from a 6-month to a month-to-month agreement we tried to cancel that first month. We were told that a line in their lengthy agreement says we are obligated to pay. Sure, it's in their agreement but any normal company would have just let us leave and waived that last month. 4. Posted a similar review on other site, " IWG global success manager" lied in a public response saying that the promised "free" furniture actually had a fee. After a week and 3 emails later they finally deleted and re-posted their response without the lies. Edit: They will reply pretending to care, telling people to open up a ticket. I already made a ticket, they told us there was nothing they could do. Zero customer service, total rip off. Find somewhere else.
