When I spoke to Taylor he offered me a large selection of custom parts and accessories, making choosing out my new car a delight and very easy. Highly recommend taking the time and choosing exactly what you’d like in a car, definitely worth it. Stop by and ask for Taylor he knows his stuff and sure will get you into a sweet ride. Thanks guys

You can tell he is such a hard worker and is always willing to go the distance for his customers. He is honest and made sure I knew exactly what steps were being taken with getting my car serviced. Although service teams are always busy, Steve made sure I was taken care of as soon as it was possible and made me feel welcome as it was my first time at this dealership. I will definitely be returning to this dealership and will make sure to ask for Steve again.

Shoutout to my guy Haitham for taking care of everything and making it a hassle free process from test drive to collection.
Picked up the car within 4 days of signing, looking brand new inside out and received constant photo updates on everything that was done to the car.
Highly recommend PFAFF BMW to everyone looking for pleasant experience. And if you visit, ask for Haitham, you won't be disappointed.
