She is a very helpful, professional, and polite person by nature, and she really helped me get a great deal with complete transparency. I would recommend getting a car from here to anyone.
Once again, I owe Giselle Tarzali a huge debt of gratitude...!

They sent me multiple walk around videos, explained the full process, paperwork done digitally and then delivered the car quickly. An enjoyable car buying experience, I’ll definitely recommend

Enzo kept me in the loop with every message and the process took less than a week. He also had filled up the tank to full for my drive back which was super fun in the Benz coupe. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had high hopes for this business with good reviews, maybe I am the one unlucky person. After buying a BMW from them, I reported drivability issues with them the same day I picked up the car. As I was in Niagara area they told me to have the car looked at… I did so at a BMW dealer and spent $3100+ on the car to fix the issues. Was then told I was not getting reimbursement for the repairs because it was not their shop… after they told me to fix it… they played me… had to take to small claims court

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Monaco motors made it possible for me to drive off in a beautiful black Bmw 328i, mind you at quite an affordable price. I've owned it for 2 months now at the time of this review. I am very happy with how the process went and the accomodation I experienced. Ash is a great human being, he took care of all the lengthy paperwork while I waited eagerly for the car and was genuinely happy for me, as it was my first premium car. There were some few discrepancies in the communication that is why I haven't given 5 stars. All in all still a fantastic experience with Monaco.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased a 2013 BMW X3. The car was in great shape. Very pleased with it. Happy, the salesman was great to deal with and was very knowledgeable with the cars he was selling. I had a small issue with the car after the purchase and they corrected it quickly. I would definitely shop here again the next time I need to purchase another car.
