They stand by their products and service so much that after a few weeks there was a little something that needed to be fixed and Sid honoured it no questions asked. We are so happy with our new vehicle and couldn't be more pleased buying from them. We would highly recommend if you are looking for a vehicle to go and check them out!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a 2014 Volvo XC90 from Centreline Auto and it was one of the best experiences I've ever had buying a car. Simon and Sid were amazing and so helpful throughout the process. I love my truck!
After picking up the vehicle and driving it for a few weeks, we noticed there were a few small issues. We never would have expected them to actually repair these things but these guys stood behind what they sell. They took care of them, no questions asked.
We are soooo happy that we found this dealership and when my wife’s van needs to be replaced, we are heading straight to Centreline Auto!! I would highly recommended this place!

Yes we had shopped around, and some of the experiences been perplexedly bad and unpleasant. (Yep, those reviews are coming)
Centreline was an absolute joy and painless to deal with. No nonsense, no tactics, no scripts, just pure professionalism with great integrity. Knowledgeable, friendly and easy going. Could feel the pride and hardwork they put in their business. Genuinely want to do their best to provide the best for their customers. For used car dealerships, that is a rare, rare breed and a breath of fresh air.
Thanks to these guys and small business owners alike, that quickly reminded ourselves, we are indeed living in one of the best cities in the world, with great honest and super hard working people and business owners. Not get jaded with bad shopping experiences, especially in business trades that typically have bad reps and unfortunately do have pretty terrible sales persons.

I've dealt with used car dealerships that are very cordial and get the job done, but Simon from Centreline went above and beyond to make sure that the car I purchased was a good fit. He was even very flexible when other complications happened and the appointment had to be moved! 6+ stars out of 5! Would 100% recommend, every time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the first call to the purchase of the vehicle, the entire process was both friendly and professional.
After spending a couple of months shopping around for a quality used vehicle in Ontario, we decided to take the drive to Toronto and check out a Volvo XC90 at Centerline.
We met with Simon, who is both friendly and courteous. He arranged the test drive, and the truck sold itself.
I would not be overstating to say this XC90 is the favorite vehicle I have ever owned. It runs like a dream.
Other mentions? Very easy purchasing process. Certification was included. And, very importantly to an out-of-towner like myself, the location is easy to access. It's an easy in out of the city, for anyone nervous about driving through traffic in a new vehicle. I was out doing my highway miles in less than 10 minutes.
The only issue I had with the entire purchase is that I wish I had gone to see Simon at center line, first. I think I might just, next time.
The entire process was pleasant and the impression was of a family-run business concerned with its reputation of quality.
Meanwhile, you'll find me burning around in my XC90!

I even had a minor tire issue that I experienced a few days after picking up the car and they dealt with it immediately. I was very impressed with the service and attention I received.
